Excellent service and pricey but you do get what you pay for. I rate them out of 5 definitely a 10.

I have done business with Mr. Electric in the past but I am done with them. I bought an investment property and needed help with the kitchen as the lights were not working. The technician came and was there for 4 hours. It took him that long to figure out how the place was wired and had to cut a 1 x 1.5’ hole in my ceiling to finally get it. He told me to go get new lighting and he’d come back and wrap up the job and that it wouldn’t take long. In the meantime I have no power to half the place so have been anxious to be done. When I was ready, I called and scheduled an appointment for last Monday at noon. I took the day off of work (which is very difficult to do) to be here. They called at 3pm and said the technician was delayed from two other jobs that day and couldn’t make it. I was furious that I wasted an entire day for them. I let them know this. They called me back and said they could have someone else come access the situation but not do the work that day. So the tech came and said that my original guy had an emergency and had to go to Jamaica and that he was the one who was delayed. Meanwhile, he was at my house within 15 minutes of the call where they were blowing me off for the day and when he left after 20 minutes he was going home. So clearly he just didn’t want to start another job. It gets worse....he told me he could be back first thing in the morning. 8am. Next morning I received a call that the work was more involved and they would need to come Monday at 8am, almost a week later. So I took another day off of work and drove from Miami to be here for 8am today and at 8:30am I got a call that two technicians called in and they were not coming again. I went ballistic on the phone that so far I’ve paid $400 for nothing done but a hole in my ceiling and no power. Not to mention the second tech told me the first tech must have been clueless because this was a big job. This place is a joke and has a total of 4 techs. To be blown off 3 times, let alone one, and be told the scope of the work was simple and then major gives me little confidence and makes me suspicious of their integrity. Do yourself a favor and don’t call them. I’m going to be demanding my money back from the first job since so far that $400 got me nothing but aggravation and inconvenience. If I could put NO Stars, I would.

Joanna is the nicest person ever!! With so many electricians out there to choose from, I was very lucky to come across them. They were very clear & direct with what I needed for my repairs & they made the entire process extremely simple.

Work completed in timely manner after waiting several months for city to issue building permit. Work was professional for replacing electrical panel and updating smoke alarms to code. Estimate was much lower than competitors.

I was in a bind as I had company arriving today with an RV. The electric hookup didn’t seem to be working correctly and I called and they were kind enough to send someone immediately. GREAT communication with the service manager and technician. We had our entire electrical system replaced in our condo. There was a lot of red tape with our Condo Assocation but Drew helped get all of the approvals we needed. They texted telling me when the job was scheduled and when they were on the way. This was my first time using Mr. Electric but it will not be my last. Highly recommended.

The staff from Mr Electric are very professional Joe and his team always show up as scheduled and do the repairs quickly to make everything seem less for the business. Repairs are always done correctly the first time with no short cuts and permits pulled if needed.

Joanna and Donna in the office are amazing to work with they ensure you receive the permit package when the job has been completed. If you have any questions about a invoice these ladies are on point with the clarification.

I had a really great experience. I needed several new outlets and 3 ceiling fans installed. There were no overhead lights so all required boxes and circuitry. I received several quotes and hired this company. Jr came out to estimate and I received the estimate in my email the next day. Edwin and his partner performed all the work. I know it wasn't easy but they knew exaltation needed to be done. I am currently enjoying a nice breeze from my new living room fan and I no longer I never have to plug in my toothbrush next to my microwave 🙂

I've used Mr. Electric a few times now and I've been very happy with their services. I've had new LED lights installed, a bathroom fan, and extra outlets in a renovation project I've had. They text before they head over, pricing is straight forward and reasonable, and always happy with the result. I don't usually leave reviews, but I've used them now enough times to write about what's consistent. Can't go wrong with them.

Contacted Mr. Electric for 2 electrical issues in the kitchen and bathroom. Luau (office manager) was friendly, scheduled immediately and was thorough in explaining next steps.
