Had a pressure washing and rust removal done. Pressure washing was great, no complaints. Rust removal was eventually great but required some prodding to get done to our satisfaction.

Angel did an awesome job on our roof. Used low pressure to clean the roof (chemical based), which keeps from cracking or damaging the tile roof. He was very careful to catch all the run-off (bagging downspouts) and spraying down the house when complete. Pictured before and after.

Had my roof cleaned by Absolute Pressure Cleaning. I live in Weston and they did the most professional cleaning without any damage to my roof tile and zero damage to the landscaping or any other outdoor equipment. They chemically clean the roof tile with No pressure washing that would damage the life of the entire roof. They will be my go to company for all pressure washing services. And by the way they are a family owned business that really cares that the work they do is the best.

Used them for driveway. Quote excluded rust removal so when I scheduled the job I mentioned that and they told me that they would only charge me for the needed chemicals and it wouldn't be much. When the tech came for the job he said he knew nothing about it and contacted the office.
They then called me and told me it would cost an additional amount that came to almost 50% more than the quote. I declined because the cost seemed unreasonable.

To add insult to injury, they charge a 4% convenience fee for using a credit card. Too high!!!!

Would I use them again, probably not.

The whole process went really well. I received an estimate wihout anyone coming out, made the appointment for the same week, came out on time, did an amazing job!

The guy they sent me was a pleasure to work with. He knew his job and did great work. I will come back to these guys next time and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Absolute pressure cleaning is a little more expensive but worth the money. The first time I used them it was like $250 and it was guaranteed to last at least 2 years. It lasted over 3 1/2 yrs & I didn’t get my roof cleaned again till now…. 4 years later. That makes it actually cheaper than their competition. This time it cost $386 for a two story 2700sq ft home…. but I know it will last, and they don’t damage your roof like other pressure washers. The chemicals are long lasting and safe. Also, everything is done through Zell or similar companies after they leave; making paying way easier and more private. I will always use them!!! Thank you.

Fast and professional. Had the roof and sides of house power washed as well as the sidewalk in front of the house. They did an amazing job and were there for what seemed like minutes for what would have taken me hours to do myself.

Laurie was the first person I spoke with and she spoke with Ken who suggested what type of finish would be best suited for our marble pavers that would enhance the color variations and beauty of the natural stone.

Absolute Pressure cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my roof last year, so I contacted them again recently to clean my driveway. Ken was great in explaining everything they were going to do and answered all my questions. There was an issue with my down spout and he went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved and explained how we could avoid the issue in the future. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with! Our roof and exterior windows and walls looks amazing! This was our second time using them and will definitely use them again!

Great job from Ken and the team at Absolute! Very straightforward to get a quote, no smoke and mirrors or salesman jargon, it’s simply based on your home’s sq footage. Clear communication from their office to set the appointment day, then continually updated throughout. The crew arrived and was very friendly and professional in explaining the process. The job took just over an hour and they took great care to ensure our plants were not harmed. Once completed, our roof looked amazing, total night and day difference. This is our second time using Absolute and we’ll definitely use them again.

Customer service from Jose was very professional, and I appreciated how quickly the team came out. They arrived in the late afternoon on 10/27/25 for roof and window cleaning, but since it was dark when they finished, I couldn’t check the results until the next day. After noticing the windows still needed attention, I reached out to the cleaner directly on 10/28 and sent photos as he requested. He replied “ok,” but I never heard back.

I followed up with Jose on 11/3, and he said he would contact the cleaner and confirmed 11/4 as a good day for follow-up. As of 11/6, I still haven’t received any update or communication.

I’m usually very understanding and patient, but since I paid for the service, I expected a bit more follow-up and care after the job. The initial customer service was great, but the lack of response afterward was disappointing.
