i was a customer of laura johnson for almost one year before i sold the condo used for vacation rentals i only sold it due to pressure from hoa not allowing this kind of rentals.. but to the point i used laura johnson as my cleaning company and i couldnt have chosen better!! laura johnson go above and beyond to make customers happy and they really have high working standards.. this is a real review if your looking for cleaning service you can stop looking you wont find better than laura johnson.. promise you..

I hired this company for a regular monthly cleaning of my home and the lady was very thorough and attentive to detail. The owners are responsive to any questions and they are flexible with dates and times for cleanings. Ive recommended the company to several friends and family.

We called this company based on all these great reviews. What a mistake! The company brought one girl for a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 sq ft unit. She did not speak english and the manager had to instruct her on what to do. She did such a poor job in the bathrooms she had to do them over. When dusting in the living room my wife told her not to do the shelf with all her delicate porcelain and crystal. She went ahead and started dusting it anyway. She shattered an antique porcelain bell that cannot be replaced. We have a trash can that you step on to open and she could not figure it out. She dumped the glass on top and it went all over the kitchen even after my wife told her to stop in spanish. My wife was now upset and asked her to call the manager, she refused, packed up & left the mess for my wife to clean up. The manger did not bother to come back. This was the worst experience ever with a cleaning service.

I called today at 8:05am for same day service. Danny responded to my time sensitive request and had the sweetest young lady appear at my home within 90 minutes!!! I have never received that type of top notch service care for quite some time now. Sol, was professional & respectful, as she worked around me because I WFH and made the apartment sparkle in just 4 hours! I will definitely been a returning customer .

Always leaves my house spotless and does everything in a professional and quick manner! Absolutely love them!!! They are super respectful of the stuff in our house and our pets! I’ve tried other cleaning companies before them, and they were all way overpriced and less thorough. I would absolutely recommend them over any other cleaners on Google!!
