I’ve been working with the cleaning authority for close to two years now. I have always been satisfied with the service and find that the owner Oscar does a great job at communicating and doing his best to meet your wants and needs. Very happy with them, will continue working with them and recommend their service.

Team 3 is wonderful! Nelly and Yorlin do a fantastic job. Love coming home to that freshly cleaned sent!

What a farce. Originally signed up for the cleaning authority Coral springs based on the marketing and advertising of a rotational deep clean. I've used them for a few months, giving feedback that I was dissatisfied after almost every single cleaning. They use different cleaning teams each week, so you never get any consistency in the quality or professionalism of work. Any feedback you give is given to that direct team, so the next week when a new team comes that feedback is ignored. The straw that broke the camel's back was this last cleaning, when the team was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I sent pictures immediately after they left of all of the spots they missed. Silly things like using the same dirty rag to wipe every single surface. Not folding a blanket on a couch. Not coming close to vacuuming anything but the very middle of the staircase. The response from the office was simply we're sorry. Here's $20. I told them I wasn't interested and to cancel my service immediately. It's not even worth your time to call and have them like give you an estimate. They won't actually clean your house. Stay away! Stay very very far away!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for years and they have been consistent and reliable. Currently I’m incredibly pleased with Team #3 (Yorlin and Nelsy). They are efficient and they do a great job while I’m working at home. The remember my preferences when it comes to which cleaners to use / not to use.

The Cleaning Authority is great. I've used them in every state I've lived in. The rotational cleaning system keeps my home immaculate. My team Maria Isabel and Karla are the best. Always prompt, thorough, and delightful people.

I just signed up to use their service monthly and today was the first day . The two ladies that came from Team # 2, Glorimar and Sulaymi, did an excellent job!!! They were very thorough in their cleaning and left me completely satisfied. I love that this company only uses eco-friendly products, as cleaning supplies are a concern to me health wise. They bring their own products and the house was left smelling wonderful ❤️thank you!

Attention to detail. Professional. Timely. Courteous. I couldn’t be happier my family hired The Cleaning Authority of Coral Springs to help around the house. We have a dog and I am currently pregnant with my second so cleaning our home has gotten to be challenging. We decided to hire a cleaning company and our home now feels brand new every time we have a service. As clean as the day we moved in. Special recognition to Alejandra and Nathaly who not only gave my dog extra scratches and love but who went above and beyond in their service, folding towels and cleaning up the kids playroom.

Have been using The Cleaning Authority to clean our house every two weeks for the past six months. They are always on time and have done a nice job each time, always asking at the end whether everything has been done satisfactorily. They are easy to reach by phone and very accommodating if one needs to change a cleaning date due to vacation, etc. I feel they care about their customers and charge a reasonable fee for their services.

The personal home evaluation was prompt and the prices were fair.
However, I inspected my house after the first "Initial Clean A", and I was very dissatisfied. There was still a lot of dust left uncleaned. The master bedroom and walk-in closet were not thoroughly vacuumed nor dusted. There was still dust beneath all the dressers and bureaus after the cleaners left. This was definitely not the initial "deep clean" that I expected.
The cleaners barely spoke any English and I had a VERY difficult time communicating with them.
I would have given The Cleaning Authority one star, except that Liliana and Georgia we're both very polite.
To update, I have switched cleaning services as I was too dissatisfied with The Cleaning (Not) Authority.

I've now had five cleanings done by The Cleaning Authority, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Each visit has been consistently excellent, and I want to give a special shout-out to the amazing team of Yorlin and Nelsy. They are always punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Not only do they leave my home spotless, but they also bring such a pleasant and friendly energy every time they come. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Highly recommend this team and The Cleaning Authority overall!

Service was decent, but was not expecting to have jewelry missing. I wouldn't have been so upset with something materialistic, however it was a sentimental piece my husband gifted when we first found out we were expecting our first child. Very disappointed. First and last time.

This company has been nothing but loyal and amazing! The girls who come to my house are outstanding, and their attention to detail is truly impressive—something I’ve never experienced with other companies. Customer service is 10/10. One small mistake happened when a vase was broken, but the very next day they delivered a brand-new one to my house. Mercedes was incredible and personally took care of everything
