We have used the Cleaning Authority for over a year now and can not be happier with our experience. We have a full house with 3 kids and pets. Their prices are more than reasonable and every cleaning exceeds my expectations. Their customer service is outstanding they have an app that you can use and/or you can text and call them at anytime. After every cleaning they follow up to make sure your expectations are meet. Recently, we had a life happens moment and had to cancel our cleaning last minute. Their customer service team was more than understanding and worked their schedule so that we could still have our cleaning that week. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. I have and will continue to refer them to all of our friends and family.

Evelyn and Morgan are very professional and efficient. They are always pleasant and get right to work when they arrive. They do a good job and I have always been happy with how my house looks when they are finished. Many thanks to these ladies for their help!

Our cleaning team #3, Yovlin and Nelsy, are amazing! They do a great job cleaning and reorganizing after my family and our 2 dogs. They are very prompt and polite when coming and going, and are very respectful of our belongings while working. We truly appreciate all they do for us!

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a few years now. They are great! Team #3 - Yorlin & Nelsy - are always so nice and do a really great job! The rotating schedule is great, I really feel like each area of my house gets a deep clean more often this way. I love that the app gives you an approximate arrival time that updates throughout the day. Payment and tip are also easy through the app. I would highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

I’ve been using Cleaning Authority regularly for many years to clean my house. I look forward to my cleaning knowing I will have a sparkling clean home upon my arrival! Their app kept me updated as to the time they would arrive and which rooms would receive extra attention on this rotation. Extremely reliable, very professional, great work, always friendly, and very reasonable. Marta and Hector did a great job - I love the way the throw pillows on my couch were arranged - a cute touch that was the icing on the cake!

Today was my initial cleaning service using The Cleaning Authority - Coral Springs, and I'm very happy with their service and the level of detail and effort they did. When looking for a cleaning service, we quoted with a couple of companies but The Cleaning Authority was the only one that sent a representative to do a customized quote for us, and to explain their services, which me and my husband really liked and appreciated. Their customer service has been great so far and I look forward to the next cleaning sessions with them.

We did the first of 2 deep cleans. Two employees were sent that were very professional and respectful. They cleaned the entire 3 hours. So far we are satisfied with the service.

Team 3 {Nelsy and Yorlin) are both very nice ladies. They come to our home always with smiles on their faces and they are very polite. They are the only Team I request to clean our home and every time they are done, our home is cleaned pristine.
