AirTherm has a great company, and Telis is an intelligent and honest man. Our units both failed on Sunday night, and Texas was experiencing a heatwave. This week, we are supposed to reach 100 degrees. On Monday, another AC company showed up and I knew that I had to look for someone else. Air Therm was the company I called after finding the paperwork of previous owners. Telis arrived at our unit around 4pm and began troubleshooting. He went straight up to the attic which was well over 100 degrees. He tried blasting some minerals from the piping but it was blocked. He suggested we call a plumber, and bypassed a few things so that our AC units would work. The controller on one unit was bad and the fan on the other unit was bad. He spent a lot of time and effort on one unit until it worked. He sweated a lot, but was determined to leave us with a working unit. The other unit required a new motor. He brought the motor today at 9:30am, fixed all the things he had done in the attic, and now my ACs work. Telis was very impressive. He didn't give up until one unit was working and he made sure that both units were troubleshooted. Air Therm Service earned our loyalty and is very affordable. They are excellent.

I liked Willy's work so much that I checked out the reviews again to make sure I was giving him five stars. Was surprised I forgot to mention his professional expertise, his quality work, and his personable character. Willy is a nice guy who does good work. You'd do well to hire him. Pricing is more than fair. Timing is above average. Since he is a one man show, the equipment was fantastic.

The piping was not installed correctly, but it was quickly corrected and has never happened again. Willy is always on the case.

I try to avoid other HVAC professionals at all costs.

Be prepared to have your mind blown if you are looking for service that goes beyond what you consider good customer service! This is a small family run business. They were very helpful when our air conditioner broke down. They delivered window units to replace it until the unit was fixed. Then they left us to make sure there would be no further issues !!!! Call Michelle or Earl if you are in need of ac heating or cooling. You will not be disappointed! !

Jeff came out and fixed a humidifier leak. He also took time to explain the furnace issue that we were experiencing. He walked through all the aspects of my furnace and answered any questions I had. Jeff is our new technician. Doyle Heating & Air Conditioning is great.

Alex came out to work on the family's air conditioner that was likely 30 years old. He not only replaced the parts that were needed, he also checked the wiring and made sure it was all working correctly. A service call which should have lasted 45 minutes took almost 3 hours. Daniel was supposed to do my scheduled maintenance for May 19, 2025. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system stopped working prior to the scheduled maintenance. I apologized and explained my situation to Daniel when he arrived. I showed Daniel the message that appeared on my Nest thermostat, which indicated a problem with wiring.

Daniel checked my unit in the backyard after he investigated the issue. After testing the unit, he decided that I needed to replace a part. Fortunately, he already had the replacement part in his truck. Within an hour, it was working again.
