I bought a service they offered on groupon and called to make an appointment. For some reason, when I was calling it was saying " Welcome to Verizon wireless this phone is no longer in service". Since I had already bought the service I wanted to make sure I couldn't get a hold of company before requesting a refund. I called a total of 4 times and on the 4th time a guy finally picked up.
As soon as he answered the phone, he gave me attitude right away. I informed him I had purchased the service and he asked why I wanted service done and I explained for maintenance. He then asked if I rented or owned the house to which I responded that I rented. He told me I should reach out to landlord bc most times they provide this type of service. I informed him I had already talked to landlord and reaffirm that service was already purchased, and I was simply calling to make an appointment.
He seemed as though he did not want to do the job which brings me the question : WHY OFFER THE SERVICE THEN? You are NOT gonna make me feel as if you are doing me a favor. I was paying for a service and not getting it for free.
Lastly, he said he was going to look at his calendar but asked why I had called 4 times and I didn’t respond because I did not like his tone. He asked me again and I informed him that if he didn’t want to do the service, I could just cancel it and get a refund and he started to say that he didn’t like to me called more than once and I hung up on him.

Very unprofessional , rude and LAZY. Do not hire this company. Groupon was helpful and gave me a full refund. I then proceeded to look at all the reviews on groupon which I should've done sooner. All recent reviews clearly express unsatisfaction with the service.

How dare you request for an appointment the man you sent to my house literally was intimidating and arrogant in the way he handled himself as he extorting money from me as he maliciously stood behind me with his had on my shoulders in front of the computer telling me how to send $175. Dollars to your company for his services. Which he approximately took only 20 minutes. I was so afraid I just wanted him to leave my house. I regret not reporting him and to the police of his offensive way . But did advise Groupon on his abusive way of intimidation.

My AC wasn't cooling this week and in the Florida heat it was miserable. I called the number and they answered right away. The technician came out and serviced my AC unit and fixed it within an hour. Because we used green air to repair, the service call was free!! Thank you so much!

NOPE! Having trouble reaching this merchant. Called 4 times in the last 2 weeks to redeem a Living Social coupon and have not heard back from them. Totally frustrated. Hey, at least call me back and say you are not available or something. Living Social thankfully refunded my money. Gregg

I purchased 2 groupons for this company. When I called to schedule the MAINTENANCE and repair as described in the groupon, Meir said they don't do maintenance, only repairs. I said I only needed maintenance as described in the groupon and he said, "LOOK LADY, and AC is not a car, you don't need to change the oil all the time" and he would not just do maintenance. I scheduled the second groupon for DRYER vent and AC vent cleaning. When Meir showed up, I asked him if he had someone with him to help move the dryer. Meir said, "LOOK LADY, we don't move nothing" When I asked how he was going to clean the dryer vent without moving the dryer, he said I should have told him before he go there and he would have told me that they don't move nothing and if I didn't like it, I could just cancel the service. Which I did. This company obviously doesn't fulfill their services as stated. DON"T USE THEM

I redeemed a Groupon in June 2020 for ALL IN HOUSE--Dryer vent cleaning, AC checkup & care and drain line cleaning. I was also convinced by the man that came out, into an upcharge of around $200 more (which he told me was a discount and he was saving me money to protect my family) to sterilize because of "suspected (by him)" mold he said because I had not had this service before and the dust that was near my air vents, etc. Mind you I had no idea what to say/do and only wanted to be sure I was doing everything to keep my son safe (The saddest part is that he seemed very nice and I genuinely trusted him. I can't believe he took advantage of that. In November of 2020, a family member came to my home to look at my dryer vent. He was able to clean out up to 14 feet up; I live in a townhouse. The amount of dust and debris that was pulled out was a clear sign that this was NEVER done in June. I tried to call this company back to see if he could resolve this issue and as I was explaining what my concern of the work not being done, I was told he had a lot going on and would call me back. I never received a call back, nor a way to resolve. I have since called a new company to perform the cleaning correctly. This is a huge fire hazard and I dread to think what could have happened from a company who did not care enough to do the work I paid for.

The regular price was 245 on Groupon with a special price for 46.00 for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.the person came here saying he recommend sanitizing the house in which I ended up paying 245.as of today,my light bill has still not went down and I’m still getting a code on my dryer saying the dryer vent needs to be cleaned. I wish I had kept my appointment with sears. I feel like I was ripped off

I had the misfortune of hiring Meir the apparent owner of GreenAire Care to clean my air conditioning ducts.

He brought a large machine and placed it over just one duct. Left in place for a while. Then upsold me to so called, sanitize my coil by spraying a nice smelling substance. A week later the same lint was accumulating around my chairs and the rest of my home, proving his “service” was totally in effective.

I was charged $250.00

What a RIP OFF••••!!!

Stay away from this company.

I highly recommend Green Air Care. I had a major Problem In my home and this company came the very next day and fixed the problem immediately. My vents are clean the air and breathing is clean and I can’t thank this company enough for coming to my rescue

After purchasing my first home, the previous owners left the air ducts and vents a mess. The home inspection strongly suggested we get these cleaned professionally and sanitized. I am so glad we hired Green Air Care to do so because Meir was phenomenal! He was very informative and professional. I would recommend to anyone and everyone to hire Green Air Care!

Meir saved my like twice came out fixed my ac in the garage had a major issue if it wasn’t for him I would had to go to a hotel for a few days !!

Simply called ahead of the scheduled AC service appointment and said "you live too far, I'm not going". Then proceeded to say I lived in Royal Palm Beach, WHICH I DON'T, and he knew, as that is not my address at all. When I bought the Groupon voucher, I called to schedule the service and gave him my address and he agreed to the service and booked the appointment. Today he calls, very rudely may I add, and says I live in a city I don't, and won't let me speak to even give him directions, if that was the issue. It was simply an excuse for him not to come and do the service, as he had my address beforehand and knew it wasn't in Royal Palm Beach.

He rudely didn't even let me speak. I asked for my money back since he chose not to perform the service, and he said he won't give the money back.

I already contacted Groupon and my bank and filed a claim for fraud.

Please do not use this service, completely unethical and rude. Will take your money and not show up to do the agreed AC service.

Meir was amazing! I cannot say this enough. Not only was he able to complete my original AC needs but also identified reasons why my asthma was worse than usual. He did a complete clean of my vents, checked my Freon, Sanitized my entire home and gave me really great tips on how to maintain my AC. He was friendly and made me feel like he wanted to provide me top notch service. I was so impressed I signed up for their annual contract service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Not only was everything explained to me, I was taught some valuable lessons. It will be a yearly service from now on. Green Air Care for all your AC needs.

BEWARE !! I purchased a groupon and called for a appointment. Once the owner realized I lived in a condo complex he became rude and refused to honor my groupon purchase. He stated he was not interested in providing insurance verification required by most condominium buildings. Thankfully groupon credited my purchase for another reputable company.

I got my air duct cleaned and sanitized. Great and fast service! The air quality is much better in our home. Technician was so friendly and informative. Highly recommend 10/10!!

Meir was very friendly and informative! At first I was just going to do the duct cleaning but he explained that some of the bad allergies we've been having are likely do to dirt and mold build up so it would be worth it to do the extra sanitizing. I read amazing reviews on Groupon so I went ahead with the extra service. The house already smells much better and the air conditioning unit is way cleaner. I expect I will be feeling much better and less congested after this service. Thank you!

Meir was amazing. Very knowledgeable and the price was amazing. The best thing was the sanitizer. We had allergies in the house and if helped us a lot! Will use again!

I hired Meir for my home previously and then had the AC go out at my business. I called him to discuss, he was out the next day to assess and fixed with the new parts necessary. He explains what he’s doing and works quickly. His pricing is also very fair. Thanks Meir!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Green Air Care, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I bought a Groupon and tried contacting them several times by phone, but no one answered. After about ten attempts, someone finally picked up. He scheduled an appointment and told me to text him to confirm, which I did—but he never responded.

On the day of the appointment, he was a no-show. When I eventually got him on the phone, he claimed he called me, but I never received a missed call or voicemail. He apologized for not replying to my text and instructed me to contact him the following week when he would be "in the area."

I followed up like he asked, sent my address not once, but twice, yet he later claimed he didn’t have it. When I told him to scroll through the messages I already sent, he flat-out refused. At this point, I refused to send my address a third time, and his response was to cancel the Groupon entirely.

The whole ordeal was a complete waste of time. His communication was unprofessional, disorganized, and flat-out unacceptable. I expected basic courtesy and competence, but instead, I was met with excuses, missed appointments, and a lack of accountability. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Green Air Care.
