Got my brand new gas water heater installed quickly. Very professional and I would definitely do business with them again.

We used American Plumbing often when we lived in Lighthouse Point. They were trustworthy, arrived on time, did not over bill us and we recommended them to our elderly neighbor who also had the same report. A++ for American Plumbing.

Great store with a very large selection of plumbing parts, fixtures, and supplies. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and they can even send out thier own plumbers to do the work.

American Plumbing has been reported for elder abuse. They manipulated a service call by not having the supplies required for the reported issue therefore creating 2 calls with 2 separate charges. They provided falsified information to the credit card company when a dispute was submitted. Chris and Mike are untrustworthy and have no regard for the truth or respect for customers.

I arrived at 4:12pm on Monday June 21 despite the store saying they're open until 4:30pm they turned myself and another customer away. I called and spoke to two people that were rather cut and dry I explained I need one item but it didn't matter. To make matters worse I just watched them lock up and walk out at 4:19! Seriously!

Great place for supplies especially for older homes. Husband found online, called, they answered his questions had what we were looking for in stock. (1st time customer) Husband came home stated this is his new place to shop. They have everything in stock for the older homes such as ours, had plenty of in stock items. Great guys he loves it here. We have many DIY projects (as we have rental properties) shop a lot at home depot but when it comes to older items for homes HD is a joke...

They do not stand by their work. I had $2,000 worth of work done to replace a part of my main drain line. All work was outside. The line has needed cleaning at least 3 times since then. Found out the connection between the new line and the old cast iron was not done properly creating a blockage point in my line. The company refused to correct their mistake. They now recommend we replace the next section of drain line for another $2,000 although there is no apparent problem with that section except where they messed up the connection to the new PVC section.

First technician Casey knew what he was doing and we scheduled leak investigation. Sent us a different technician whom showed up 90 minutes late and did nothing. They then scheduled another service call on their own for Monday morning and couldn't even remember the details of what they did or when they did what....🙄 Had to tell them. It to come back ever and to not call me again...disappointing

I have old house and needed two shower water valves. Went all over town no one could help. Within two minutes Herman not only had my replacement valves but knew my houses approximate location because he knows his business so well. Top notch service!

The real deal plumbers supply house in Fort Lauderdale. Real solid advice and service. Love coming here bc they get you situated quickly.

I am completely disgusted in how my husband and I were treated at this location. We had two jobs for the plumber to do. One job was done and the next one he stated " I need an extra part " almost 3 weeks go by and no follow up. I call them and they say " I forgot what part it was so I can come by today around 12 to inspect it again". He calls again at 1230 to say " I have the part, I remember what it was and will fix it now" knowing our condo needs 3 days in advance to shut off water and the plumber knew that. My husband had to take off from work.

We go into the store to hopefully take care of the situation. My husband asks the man at the front desk for a manager. The man proceeds to roll his eyes and say "for what" and looks at us and says " what manager for the back or the front? I don't know what you are talking about" my husband and I explain our situation and he ignores us and then states to my husband " you will be a reall winner"

We go in the back to speak to yet another gem. The manager is equally rude and passive aggressive. It's like these two condescending people haven't worked a day in their life in customer service. He charges us 3x the amount and when my husband asks him for the part so we can go to another plumber, he says " I will get back to you in two days" no apology no nothing. The employee in the front had to apologize for their bad behavior. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Do not waste money here!

I called American Plumbing & spoke to Chris, he asked me some questions regarding my leak in the garage. I advised Chris I thought it was my water heater & Chris suggested I check to see if it was still under warranty & then contact the manufacturer for a service dealer. I did & found it is still under warranty. I appreciated his honesty as I spoke to two other plumbers & advised both of them as well that I thought my water heater was leaking & it wasn’t that old, neither one of them advised it was probably still under warranty. One of the plumbers just said I probably need a new water heater & it would be a minimum of $1000.00. It turned out to be the hose came loose from the washer & I didn’t have a leak from the water heater at all, but it is very refreshing to deal with someone as honest as Chris! I will be sure to contact American Plumbing in the future!

As an A/C contractor, I've seen it all, and American Plumbing is REPUTABLE, HONEST, and FAIR!
When our cast iron sewer line failed, they located the failed pipe, dug it up, replaced it, and inspected the rest of the drain system.

Great job!! I caught Tom at the end of a very busy day but he answered the call and came to my rescue. What was supposed to be a very quick and easy job turned into a nightmare. Old buildings hold many surprises. Tom refused to take the easy way out and insisted on doing the professional job his own pride and employer demand. Came out great and I'll be asking for him the next time I need a job done well.

TJ came to the house for my son and I am 1600 miles away. He was very easy to talk with and explained everything to my satisfaction. Very responsive and by all metrics was very honest. Will use agin if we have other issues or concerns!
UPDATE:
Leak developed later that day. Came back and confirmed and would need some work. Couldn’t get back for a week to start the repair needed. So that said we had to find another company that came out same morning and started work that day.

My experience with American Plumbing , EXCELLENT. I have used them several times and always a quality service with reasonable prices. I took the recommendation from my condo association as they always do an excellent job in the community. I'm glad I took their recommendation . their plumber TJ, the best, he recently diagnosed a problem quickly and very efficiently completed the job. He is sweet, friendly and reliable. Thank you American Plumbing, I'am a very satisfied customer.

we have been dealing with a gentleman by the name of Herman at this company for several years. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and steers you in the right direction. They don't try to get you to buy anything you don't need ,consequently you feel comfortable buying items if and when you actually need ,per Herman's advice. Mike /Galaxy properties

Christopher, one of the managers was very professional and kind to help me resolve a kitchen faucet installation challenge I was facing. The original Moen black part used to hold the faucet tight against the sink was a little bit too thick for my installation. Christopher kindly shaved off about 1/4” of the hard plastic material it is made of and that allowed us to successfully complete the installation of our new faucet. Thanks a lot, for the great help without even charging me a single penny for it.

Thanks God american plumbing 4361 w.sunrise blvd so this Customer called me three weeks ago a plumber had gone too her house too give her an estimate to replaced shower body WoW cuz this plumber couldn't find the Replacement Stem . So guess what i did i went too american plumbing in sunrise and i had found the replacement part 😅 George took care of me and i had save the
customer with a $50. Dollars parts with the Labor cost So to be aware, is to be alive i when the extra mile

I go to their store often and I am treated with respect and all my questions are answered. When I am not sure how to do a project they give me advise and sell me the correct items to get the work done correctly. When I need a replacement part for something old they always have the item at a much cheaper price than the big box stores. I trust the advise they give and the products that they sell. One of the best small business in Broward. Keep up the good work.
