No issues with the professionalism or quality of the work, but their pricing is just completely unreasonable. $500 for work that took 30 minutes requiring very basic parts

This was my first time using C&D.
Emir came out and he was conscientious, professional, and informative. He diagnosed the problem, found the leak, and capped it off in an efficient manner. He was very clear and up front about the pricing. I will not hesitate to call C&D the next time I have a problem and I will definitely ask for Emir!

I have used several plumbers recently and C&D is by far the best! They go above and beyond to fix the problem and explain everything every step of the way. Always professional, punctual, thorough. I've used them to replace our kitchen waste arm and do a camera scope of our whole house so far. I will continue to use them for all plumbing needs in the future. Jeff came out first to provide an estimate, Josh replaced our waste arm, and Josh and Carl did the camera scope. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I've interacted with at C&D and highly recommend.

A very pleasant experience from the start with Nelly to Emir the plumbing tech. Nelly was very sweet and helpful with my questions, sent Emir out immediately within the hour. He was very professional, and explained and showed my husband all the steps he took to fix it. Would definitely recommend and use again. Have used other plumbing services and not been happy aside from this one. You are #1!

Water heater quit after expected life span of approx 10 yrs. Called C&D on Monday and set up appointment for Tue morning.
Angel showed up on time and we reviewed options and estimates. Like any good consumer I had 2 other companies come out whose estimates were substantially out of the ballpark for a simple water heater replacement. I accepted C&D's estimate on Wed morning and Josh showed up 1 hour later and replaced my water heater. Fair price, professional throughout from first contact to completion. They are customer focused and I highly recommend them.

C & D Plumbing was professional and their work was impeccable. I called them to run a new drain line and they had someone available quickly to respond. The employee made sure everything was done correctly but also took time to ensure that it looked clean due to the location of the pipe being semi-visable and not completely concealed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work to be done correctly and at a fair price.

Plumber was promised to be here in one hour,and the were. I called two other plumbers which promised me a call back (but never did) yesterday so I was pleasantly surprised when your company was out on time.
The technician that came out was cordial and hard working and got the job done.

Customer support was excellent and prompt.
Josh and Mike were prompt and knowledgeable Plummers.. They located the problem and fixed the water leak quickly. They only broken 1 tile. They were very trustful and friendly. I have referred this company to others already.

I am beyond thrilled to recommend Josh from C&D. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really thorough with his installation of a new gas line to my dryer. Highly recommend! Really happy with the service and I will be contacting C&D for the line to my gas grill and fire pit, if Josh is available.

We hired C&D plumbing because we have a very complicated piping system and we had a clog that no other plumber was able to unclog. I found them on Angie's list and since the first day that Rosemary contacted me over the phone, they have been very on top of the issue and they have delivered excellent service. Like I mentioned, our piping system was not a regular one so we had several plumbers come over to try to fix it and everyone was exceptionally helpful and nice.
Josh was the one who was able to solve the issue and got us our kitchen back. His willingness to work, always smiling and friendly and then obviously his professionalism are the reasons why I cant recommend him and this company enough and I will always hire them again for any issues that I have in the future. Their pricing is pretty good given the service they provide. I looked around a lot before hiring someone and they gave me the best price.

Let me tell you all something. I cant say enough good things about C and D Plumbing. Recently I had a serious interior and exterior plumbing situations with busted pipes and water everywhere. That left us stuck for 3 days without water. Why? all the plumbers I called wanted so much money and fees of $180. on top just to come out. I called C and D plumbing and let me tell you something. If you think their customer service was amazing wait until you meet Josh. This guy came out, analyzed the situation and set to work. He did a fabulous job in a timely manner and left everything swept clean and tidy. I have an old house and have dealt with so many people over the years and met with so much disappointment I didn't know who to trust anymore. Not only did I get a job well done, I realize he was fixing as if he is fixing for himself with good quality material.. Josh did not charge me an arm and a leg. his price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it! He has great work ethics and treat others like family. This is my second time using this company and I knew I had to come and do a review because its all about the service baby. I am very pleased. I have found my 'go to' Plumber

Awesome service. The office called me a day earlier to tell me they had an opening. They communicated very well and the Tech did a great job.Very satisfied with the repair to our shower and highly recommend C&D for any plumbing issues.

The service was excellent. I call C&D company late at night and the specialist was dispatch asap. They came out and took care of the problem and made sure everything was work good before he left my home. Satisfied customer but it was costly.

I can not say enough good things about the level of customer service you will receive with C&D Plumbing. I have used them for years and have always been grateful for their honesty and level of service.

Smooth and easy process. The job was in an apartment building so requiring paperwork emailed. It was do so fast. Tech was on time, very good. It was complicated to turn the water off in the building, tech helped as much as possible. We will work with them again.

Gary did a wonderful job replacing our water main handle. It was a tough job due to its location but he got it done. The office staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

We needed a new water heater and to say that we were very fortunate in finding/choosing C&D Plumbing can't be overstated.
Nelly is fantastic...her responsiveness, care and service is outstanding. Josh is great......he explained everything and was always on time. So was Cedric.
C&D Plumbing took care of all our issues and will be our plumbing service provider of choice for anything in the future.

If I could give them 10 stars everyday and 20 on Sunday, I would. Arrived at times scheduled, were swift in diagnoses of the issue, quoted the scope of work to be completed and did not advise useless diagnostics. The work was professionally completed swiftly.

There are still good guys out there - they did not wear white hats, but they might as well have! I will recommend them to everyone here in my neighborhood and at work.

Technician showed up on time.
When I described the issue, he was sure he knew what it was.
After seeing the leak, he was confident of the diagnosis and C&D’s ability to make the repair.

From the first phone call everything went better than expected. Everyone was exceptional (Gary should get a raise). I gave C&D five stars. Would give them more if I could!

We had sewer issues due to tree roots in the pipes. C & D were awesome, kept us informed every step or the way, set aside the sod before trenching and put everything back and even cleaning the sidewalks! Highly recommend them!
