They have restored my faith in plumbers! I've had some really bad experiences with plumbers and I don't trust them. I called 1/2 price Plumbing after I had a serious leak in my walls and a friend recommended them. I was really nervous and Janice put me at ease RIGHT away. She sent Chris out to give us a quote. He was wonderful. He was calm and collected and quickly located where the leak was in the wall. We went over details and he literally helped me so much. He helped me deal with water remediation and helped me find the perfect person to deal with the wall repair. Chris... you were seriously a Godsend! With all this being said... While several of my neighbors in Silver Shores are waiting 4 to 6 months to have their house repipe, 1/2 Price Plumbing got my house repiped in 3 weeks, from the time of the initial visit to completion of the repipe, permits pulled and a quality work second to none!! Sebastian and Ray did an excellent job for us. They were professional, tidy and arrived right on time. Excellent customer service and knew exactly what they were doing.

Had bad water pressure in a shower. Chris quickly diagnosed multiple issues (bad cartridge & some pipe clogging). Fixed it all & shower working better than ever. This was my 3rd time using them and every time I've been more than satisfied. Highly recommended. [added edit: Chris also fixed a slow flowing faucet (minor job) and refused to charge me for the extra work.]

After getting an estimate that was going to cost me almost $3,000, I decided to call 1/2 Price Plumbing for an additional estimate. Not quite 30 minutes later, Chris was on the scene. And less than an hour later my issue was resolved (for incredibly less than the other estimate!). I can't say how valued I felt as a costumer. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We even went to the downstairs neighbor to make sure the leak had been resolved! I highly recommend this company! They are now in my contacts for future reference. ☺️

I had a bad leak In my kitchen . I called the company and they were able to send someone out within an hour . Yaw came found the issue and fixed the problem (for a way reasonable price than others) . I had an emergency leak that needed diagnosing and immediate attention. The company was responsive and came out in less than 24 hours. The technician was kind and knowledgeable and repaired the leak and fixed the issue same day! Highly recommend.

This is the second time we call for an emergency in the week right after moving in and Chris was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule. 5 stars do not even feel like a worthy enough rating for Paul, Chris, and Yaw. I'd give them 100 stars if it was an option. This was hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had with contractors. Just really wonderful human beings. I had my entire plumbing replaced with them. On top of great prices, they were extremely clean and so very kind. I literally thought my dogs would leave me to go home with Yaw, they loved him so much. This was an extremely stressful time between moving and dealing with issues with other contractors, and Paul and his team stepped up and showed up in every way possible to help take some of the stress off me, and I am grateful beyond words. I feel like it's really hard to recommend contractors because every experience typically involves some sort of delay or frustration or miscommunication, but nothing at all like that ever happened with Paul and his team. The entire experience was seamless. If you need any plumbing work at all, these are your guys!!!!!!

I called four different companies to get estimates for a burst pipe. Yaw from 1/2 Price Plumbing showed up on time and explained what had to be done. He gave me a quote right away. Best price by far.
