Our tech Carlos Ayala was so professional, kind and courteous. He made sure he communicated clearly what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He did it in a timely manner and was sure to return everything as it was before he started the work. I really appreciate the service he provided today I would definitely use this company again recommend them to family and friends because of the type of service Carlos provided!

This was a 5-star experience all the way! From the time I contacted them with my hot water heater problem to the time Dan diagnosed what the issue was, they were in constant communication providing status updates. Dan called on the day of and notified me when he was 40 minutes out and was very detailed with the what was causing my issue and how it would be addressed. I will be using Pompa for all future needs!

Carlos came out just before New Year and quickly diagnosed the problem, due to the holiday it took a few days for the manufacturer to send the new part but he came out the day it arrived and installed it. These guys are great. Our water heater needed to be replaced. Got quotes from others that didn't seem right. They came out right away, contacted Rheem, was covered under warranty, replaced it right when they said they would. Beautiful installation. Professional, clean, honest and so responsive. Starting with Remi, and then Melanie in the office really sealed the deal with her thorough follow through and politeness, and then Danny did a great job with the replacement installation. Lucky I found these guys. Use them!

Pompa Plumbing Group came to service my Hybrid water heater on 07/11/2024. Carlos was very professional and explained the issue to me. This company is great! Carlos sent me a text letting me know his approximate arrival time, called when he was five minutes out, and showed up promptly. He introduced himself and got right to work. Carlos was extremely professional and very informative, telling me the cause of the issue with my water heater, showing me what went wrong and then explaining everything he was doing to fix the issue.
I’ve had other service techs come by for various issues, but none that displayed the professionalism, cleanliness, punctuality, and friendliness that Carlos did. This is who you want showing up for your diagnosis and repairs

The technician that came to my house , Dan, was AMAZING. He was very professional and helpful about what I needed to get done. He let me know that even with it being a holiday he was going to do his best to get the job done today. He made sure he cleaned up the area he worked in and was very respectful! Melanie was also a big help she talked me through the fiance application and when that did not work she was still there every step of the way to help. Dan and Melanie definitely made me feel like if I needed anything else to call back to Pompa.
