Got this company based on present reviews for my small FPL room clay roof repairs at 15+age.
Now, I’m a part to add another happy review. The team is fast, reliable and was open to negotiating the price. I’m crying happy to see this new roof.

From my 1st contact asking for a quote, to my final walkthrough, everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. They kept me informed of the progress and worked with our schedules. Our roof looks great! Thank you Chase Roofing for a job well done.

A big "Thank you" for a job very well done. Some time ago, we had roof repair work done by Chase Roofing and were very pleased. More recently, we needed gutter work done and the contractor suggested we get a roofer to repair areas behind the gutters. That Chase Roofing did. However, we did have a water problem that was never addressed and I asked Richard Barnes for an estimate on that. Felipe Gonzalez coordinated the initial work and addressed area causing the water problem. Unfortunately, it did not work and Felipe returned to fix the problem. And, he did! With the heavy rains recently, we've been able to observe no water coming through! Thanks Richard and Felipe!

We recently contracted with Chase Roofing to replace our 35 year-old, leaking, barrel-tile roof with a new, sleeker, more modern looking flat tile roof and we could not be happier with the new look! From start to finish, the professionals at Chase kept us informed of the installation processes and time-tables and finished the work as promised. Their crews were proficient and friendly and thoroughly cleaned up each day before departing. We requested about 6 estimates before deciding to go with Chase and we are quite happy that we chose them for this major home upgrade!

Chase Roofing is Great!!! They communicate well and do great work at a very fair price. I needed several repairs and each time they called ahead to confirm the repair time. Workers were on time, knowledgeable, neat and friendly. I referred them to my son who need a whole house roof replacement and Chase Roofing did a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

You can see google rates this company as A+. There is a reason for this. I got myself in a bit of a pickle waiting on some roofers to do some work before a $60k solar install. I just wanted a vent pipe moved so the solar panels would be uniformed. The roofers left me hanging with one day to spare. I called Larry at Chase Roofing and told him my problem. Even though they were super busy they sent someone over to help me out. He was a good roofer too. If they didn’t help me out I would have been looking at that big empty spot with a vent and no solar panel for the next 20 years and getting mad every time. They have some pretty good customer service over there in a business environment that usually does not.

I would highly recommend Chase Roofing to anyone looking for a professional and competent roofing contractor. Everyone I dealt with was very professional (from the initial quote through the final billing). The communication from the company was excellent and the technicians dispatched to our home to do our repairs were excellent as well.

Family and female-owned and operated roofing company that provides honest, reputable, and reliable roofing services. Salesperson Johna Cray was awesome! Straight forward, clear, and helpful in determining your needs and not just trying to sell you a product. They provide thorough communications by e-mail and text messaging. They keep you updated throughout the project. I did feel that communications were not as consistent towards the middle and end of project when I had to reach out two times for a status update. But when I did, the response time was fast. All project documents are sent by e-mail including permit, certificate of completion, warranty, and photos. The workers are considerate, fast, and leave your property clean at the end of project. While they are not the most affordable, their prices are fair and match the quality of service and product. I didn’t mind paying a bit more than the competitors because they seemed trustworthy and were true to their word. What they said is exactly what they did. I feel that my investment is protected with their warranty and they offered a complimentary wind mitigation inspection and report that can be used to submit to homeowner’s insurance company for discount eligibility. Highly recommended!

Even though my friend refered me to Chase Roofing I still have had more than five different roofing contractors . Finally Chase Roofing stood out and I couldn’t be happier with the Job they have done.
Philip from Chase Roofing went above and beyond by providing his excellent knowledge to make sure everything went smoothly, he was always there to answer my questions, even during the weekend. Philip took off his shoes every time entering my house even though I said it was not necessary. Philip is the best of the best! Even my dog Bleu likes him.
The whole project from first thing Walkthrough to Tear off, including the material delivery, inspection till completion of the job were smoothly, neatly, cleanly, and very organized. Even my neighbors and the community HOA members witnessed the process and gave thumbs-up to the crew.
Also project manager Brooke and Karen were very nice and friendly to keep me informed about projects the whole time.

We had an excellent experience with Chase Roofing. From the beginning, our sales rep, John Guglielmi, was very thorough and informative about our many options, and he remained available for questions. We ended up going with an upgraded aluminum roof in charcoal, as well as other enhancements, like a roof vent system and the installation of additional hurricane straps to the trusses and the exterior walls. The installation team was also top-notch and did their very best to keep the jobsite clean. When we had a couple of concerns about some of the finished edges, and the team was very patient and informative as to our options. Finally, the office staff, especially Brooke, Kelly and Vanessa, are on top of the Customer Service game, and were very responsive to our many questions. Two thumbs up for Chase Roofing.

Back in 2019 we added an addition to our house and needed the roofing done on it, as well as re-roofing the 20-year old roof on the existing part of the house (including a patio flat roof). I shopped around and checked several reviews. Philip came out to give an estimate and was such a nice person to work with. Based on what he offered, together with the good reviews, we decided to go with Chase. We are very happy with their work! Everything was done well, they were able to complete it in good time, and everything was cleaned up. The roof came out great, although about a year later we found a small leak and a couple of the shingles on the ridge vent had come loose. I was getting ready to call them when they called me for an free annual inspection (which I didn't know they did) so I told them about the leak. Within a day they were out and fixed both! And, this reminded me that I never left a review for them. I would definitely recommend Chase, they were such a delight to work with and their work is fantastic.
