So very much impressed with the level of professionalism and service performed by John of Chase roofing. He was timely and efficient, identified the problem and corrected it. We had been trying to get Latite Roofing (our original roofing company to come out and they were non responsive) Chase Roofing on the job within 72 hours, and fixed the issue within minutes!

We were very pleased with the job that Chase Roofing did from George who was the supervisor for the rip off and all of his men to Joe and his crew who completed the metal portion of the roof. We were kept informed all along the way from the permitting process all the way through to the inspections at the end. They were very prompt, cleaned up every bit of the mess, and did this on a daily basis. We did not have to clean up one thing. I am very picky with who I choose as contractors and Chase met all of my expectations and even exceeded them. I highly recommend this company.

Chase Roofing was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond for me. Competence and quality like this are hard to find these days. I first reached out with questions about attic ventilation for a new solar attic fan since my roofer was wanting to install an undersized unit. After calling several companies, John from Chase Roofing was the only one I spoke with that immediately understood the calculations involved. He was able guide me to the properly sized unit to achieve the correct intake and exhaust balance.

After my re-roof with a different company was complete, I was left with concerns that went unaddressed. John inspected my new roof, was meticulous in pointing out important details, explained everything clearly and educated me on things I needed to know. His expertise gave me so much peace of mind. Our roof replacement went quite well and we are thrilled with our new roof and fascia.
From project estimation, contract signing, demolition and tile and fascia installation, the process took approximately 8 months. In general, Chase kept us informed as to project status (there were a few communication hiccups). The workers did a great job, were professional and did a good job of cleaning up the work site each day. I must give a special shout to John Guglielmi who was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process.

Never showed up. Contacted them be email re roofing services and got repeated follow ups which seemed good, like they were interested, and scheduled an appointment verbally. On the day of no one called, no one showed up, I texted, but no reply. How can you trust a company that can't even show up or communicate?

Fabulous service from start-to-finish. The attention to detail, like picking up errant nails, is a sign of respect (because we might otherwise have gotten a flat tire) and thoroughness. Chase just finished a re-roofing for me, and all the way round I'm 100% happy camper!! Top notch workmanship great staff plenty of pictures. Kept well informed trough out the process. I moved to Florida a couple of years ago and didn’t know who to TRUST so we needed some work down on our lineal and Chase Roofing was highly recommended by our pest control and Mr. Chase was very helpful, he went on the roof to see what we needed and told us what had to be done and would email how much it would cost. He told us when he would be able to start which was in about week or so with the date he could start. He emailed me the price and the required 25% down deposit. They did a terrific job, they showed us the pictures before they started and when they finished. They cleaned everything up and even went in the driveway checking for nails with there magnet. They even vacuum up our inside of our lineal. I found a company that stands by what they say and do. We need more companies like Chase Roofing. There are honorable and professional. I am very happy I found a company to stand by what they offer.

I had my roof done by Chase this past December. I want to say from the beginning Juan Valencia was very thorough in explaining the process of how the roof was going to get done. Every time I had a question, Juan quickly replied and assisted me. The crew came in and every time they finished the work they always left the area very clean. I am very pleased with the work that was done. They delivered on what they promised. I would recommend this company to other people and would also recommend Juan Valencia as responded and assisted me with roof process.

I recently had a new metal roof installed by Chase Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We replaced our roof with Chase in October and we are very happy with it. The service from the initial consultation to the final installation was a breeze. They are very good at communicating with the clients. Johna, the sales person we had was very helpful explaining all the steps of the process and setting our expectations about timing. We wanted to have this project done before the holidays and it was done just like that.
The installation crew was great, super organized and cleaned everything out every time they work at home. Over all a great experience! Highly recommended.
