Be careful before ordering. They are a cheater. Need to pay $90 penalty for a faulty items that I bought. The product is different than shows online. I big cheater. Customer service is rude.

Great Customer service and always answers the phone. Heatshrink product sizes are based on finished diameter so measure what you have and order what you need!

Electriduct's return policy is the customer has to pay for shipping to the customer and shipping back to them if the product needs to be returned. It's better to use another dealer who doesn't require fees for a return, unless you are positive you will not have to return the item.

Called Electriduct to get help with covering some wiring for remodeling purposes around my home. I wasn’t sure what I was really in need of but thankfully Rafael, Sales Manager was great, friendly and extremely helpful to me. A definite plus was the Same Day shipping option. I purchased a ramp through the Walmart Marketplace who then ordered the product from Electriduct. Unfortunately I was not attentive to the description and the wrong width product was delivered, although it was what I ordered. I then reached out to Electriduct to inquire about return options, Walmart being one of them. Walmart refused to take the return, they did tell me they were sorry.
So I reached back out to Electriduct and just like the first time, they were responsive and always polite. They made it clear they wanted my experience to be a good one, even though I needed to return an item. They assisted me every step of the way and were always helpful. In the future I will order directly from them, what a terrific team they have.

Terrible experence all around. I ordered some raceways to use for client installations, after getting them I realized I needed accessories as well and I called to get the right ones. I was then given in correct part numbers and after I received the items (which I had expedited), I tried to call to see about swapping them out. I was told that they would help and I would receive a call by 12 the next day with a resolution. After not receiving a call by 2 pm I called and the manager told me that he sent an email, (I didn’t get an email). Then I was told that because they “can’t 100% confirm” what was said on the phone, that I would have to pay for the returns. It wasn’t until I pointed out how ridiculous this whole thing sounded until they finally agreed to do the swap. I was then told I would get an email by he end of the day. Now it’s 230pm the next day and have still not received an email or a phone call. They play games. They make sure to only send emails that help their case later after screwing you. The backlash that the previous bad review received should be indication enough how this company operates.

I’ve never been more disappointed in how this business treats their customers, and the “managers” are doing a huge disservice to the owners who must have worked so hard to build a successful company.

I have a just under a hundred installations scheduled over the next few months, and I refuse to do business with a company that doesn’t put their customers first.

What a disappointment.

I will be using another company.

Needed some outdoor protective conduit/ramp. Called and spoke with Chris who walked me the different product options. Was able to stop in at their office and Chris was able to show me various products. We made our selection and were very happy with the purchase. Chris and the rest of the team were exceptional. Will buy from again and will recommend !

Website had issues and I called the customer support phone number 12/16/25 @ 2:30PM Central time and the foreign sounding rep was very short and rude, unhelpful, dismissive of my well documented steps, should be fired!

I've ordered their raceways online in 2014, 2015, and just recently. Their raceways are of high quality and they offer them in many sizes you can't find anywhere else. The adhesive holds much better than the Legrand products I had attempted to use prior. Excellent customer service when I needed assistance with an order and they ship relatively quick. Would highly recommend you check them out for cable organization and maintenance!

I've ordered their 15 Mil Heavy wall abrasion resistant braiding sleeving (BS-TF-HW-150-250) just recently. High quality and they offer them in many sizes you can't find anywhere else. The adhesive holds much better than the Flexo Remix PET Expandable Braided Sleeving for hydraulic hoses. 2-1/2" twisted hydraulic hoses for pressure & return. We use these hydraulic hose in a marine environment & the hose are away use in sea water. Our hydraulic hoses are orange & we use the color charcoal, which is also clear instead of black. Mostly for working divers to be able to see the hoses in the water better. We are a commercial diving company & our hoses need Electriduct Expandable Braided Sleeving. Excellent customer service when I needed assistance with an order and they ship relatively quick. Would highly recommend you check them out for cable, hydraulic hoses, crane or anything you need to protect form the environment organization and maintenance!
