Electrical reviews in Pompano Beach, Florida

Quality product, quick delivery

I’ve purchased from them in the past with no issues. I accidentally fat fingered when typing on a mobile device and typed in the wrong digit, was not alerted to the mistake till UPS altered me that there was a delivery issue. Days later I get an email that I owe $21 Bucks for a redirected package. I explained that it was a mistake. All the years of online shopping I have never had an experience like this.I never had to pay extra for an honest mistake.I explained that if I was charged I would never purchase from them again .They offered to split the cost but when the bill was sent it was for the full amount.Poor online experience with this place.Poor customer service. Will be ordering elsewhere.

Absolutly love this company. Great service and high quality.

Very efficient and Reliable service

Great and very professional service! I got exactly what I asked for in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and most certainly will be using them again in the future.

I used Top Form Electric (Summer 2021) to install a few light fixtures and relocate am electrical outlet. Very professional and responsive. Jason was very knowledgeable, the job was completed quickly. We experienced some blinking issues after installation and Jason returned our calls and remedied the issue the next afternoon. Fair/reasonable pricing at the time of installation. Would definitely use Top Form Electric.

This is a very good company the employees was on time well-dressed and very professional will use them again!

Exclusive Electric installed several recessed LED hihats throughout the living and kitchen area. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their workmanship. They did a very neat and clean job which I was very pleased with.

This man is very disrespectful! Im pregnant to mention and he was talking to me with so much disrespect. He was insulting me even after I started with an apology. Even continued after I repeated that I already apologized. Didn’t care to listen just wanted to find more things to use as an insult. When I finally responded to his disrespect he tried to act like I was the one who approached him with aggression. I called the number on his vehicle, and the person that answered was just as rude as he was and continued to hang up before I can finish speaking. My next step is to report the company about their employee behavior. Do not recommend these people are disrespectful and rude!!!

Exclusive Electric Service Inc is one of the most professional companies I've dealt with in a long time. Their knowledge, professionalism, work ethics speaks volume. Special mention of their Electrician Devon....what a great human being. His work is so neatly done and he's so professional and personable. He made sure the job was completed in a timely manner and he also.made sure the work area was neatly cleaned and everything back in place when the job was completed. His apprentice was a awesome young lady as well.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Electrician company to work with

Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Mike gave me his professional recommendations on installing a dedicated electrical outlet for a mini split AC unit. He was fair and trustworthy. His crew did a great job and went above and beyond during the installation process. I would absolutely recommend Exclusive Electric Service.

Mike and Devon are great. Mike is honest and ethical, and sticks to his quotes. Both Mike and Devon are highly skilled electricians. This company installed a hot tub at my home. I am very seriously trusting my life to the work they did. I also know that should I have a problem with my GFCI. I can call Mike and he will actually come back. How many people stand behind their work nowadays?
