When you find yourself in need of an after hours service call, it’s never a good thing. Add to the mix that it’s right in the middle of a time when people are distancing themselves from each other and spending more time at home, then that takes the entire experience to a whole new level of stress. When you reach out to a person/company who then responds immediately, fixes your issue quickly and advises on steps to prevent a reoccurrence, and does all of the above with a calm and polite manner then you have reached a company that you not only want to continue to do business with when/if the need arises in the future but you also want to share your experience with others. I highly recommend Rusty and Total Comfort Solutions. I’d choose them in a crisis (as I did this weekend) but also when planning a project prior to it being an emergency and I encourage anyone reading this to feel confident in making that same choice.

Called with an emergency situation and Russell Burch answered. He was very quick to respond and called back when he said he would. Upon arrival, he had our furnace issue diagnosed and back in working order in less than 30 minutes. He is extremely fair and set our mind at ease with his honest work ethic and professional, diligent work. Rusty was FANTASTIC!!! He did an extremely thorough job, right down to washing the vent covers!! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Most importantly, he took time to get to know me as a person, not just a customer. He didn't just come in and work in solitude. We will be dealing with Rusty and Total Comfort Solutionist for all of our HVAC needs.

Rusty gets our family's highest marks for service! After being told by another heat/cool business in town that we would have to wait up to 5 days to have our AC fixed — when it was 90+ degrees outside and 85 and VERY humid inside our house — Rusty responded immediately. He came to the house, checked the unit, jotted down model and serial numbers, called his supplier to see how quickly he could get the part, and confirmed that he would be able to install it the next morning...all before he even left our driveway. He is on time, trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind and personable, and he takes pride in his work. You can't go wrong by hiring Total Comfort Solutions!

Had a horrible plumbing issue happen and Mr. Hahn answered the call! He showed up and extremely courteous and professional. Treated the carpet and explained every step and how it was beneficial to the carpet. I highly recommend his services!! Carpet looks and smells amazing!!

Every time the HVAC fan was switched on, the basement smelled moist. During his system inspection, technician Steven discovered dampness close to the blower housing. In order to stop further growth, he put a drip-pan tablet and cleaned the blower, air ducts, mold, and coils. He also recommended installing UV lights to lessen the flow of microorganisms. After cleaning, the odor vanished, and the airflow is now more robust. He took his time and guided me through every step.
