I am sorry you had a terrible experience. I been a franchisee owner for more than 7 years. Juan Catoni and his team are amazing at what they do. If I have any issues they are there immediately to address the problem. Over all, all I can say is I made the right decision in investing my money with Anago.

First of this rude man called the office to speak to the property manager, i wasn't hearing him well so asked him to repeat what he said, he literally screamed in my ear, I asked him why does he have to be so rude his response was that he asked for the manager and all he needed was an answer very rudely then proceeded to hang up on me. What kind of ill disciplined people do you guys have working at this company? I amended my starts because Veronica called me and apologized on behalf of the individual and I really appreciate her and what she did. I feel better knowing that this was addressed and she took the time out to call. I commend you Veronica and keep up the good work.

After signing your agreement and collecting you bank info. GOOOOD LUCK getting a hold of anyone to hear you out.

ONLY IF......YOU if you threaten you cancel your contract, THEN the ground will open up and all of a sudden Company Reps will crawl out of there holes to dispute you claim and tell you your stuck with there service. READ MORE IT GETS BETTER.........

Be warned despite WHATEVER the account rep. which is all white noise. The contract they will have you sign will state, if you are unhappy with their service you HAVE to give them 15 days to cure and 60 days from the time to cancel VIA CERTIFIED MAIL. So incidentally your are stuck with paying for CRANK Service for 75 days.

Now, I am fine with honoring a contract as I am a business owner myself, I am also a firm believer in if my customer isn't happy with my service not to hold them hostage by try to make it difficult to cancel. Good business practice says, If you perform a job correctly and confident of your work is up to par, you have no such need for a clause in your agreement. Why my clients have to deal with a dirty building for a lengthy cancellation period.

ALL and ALL Keeping looking for another company worth your hard earn money.

The main problem I have had with Anago is the gross lack of communication. Over the course of our relationship I have had minor issues with the quality of cleaning. On several different occasions I attempted to bring the issues to the attention of the Operations Director with NO response or resolution. Even my email indicating we wanted to cancel all services was ignored. If I could have put no stars I would. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR VENDOR.

Angela was great working with me. We moved into a new showroom with High GLass floors and the original crew was not cleaning up to par. She held my hand and promised she would get me a superior crew to make it perfect. Her follow up is incredible and i really enjoy working with her.

When we looked to hire a company to take care of the cleaning of our offices, trust was our #1 concern. The people we hired were going to be in our offices at night while nobody was there. The worst cleaning service one could hire. They do not clean well at all!! They hired untrained people and hand them a mop.

Don’t forget to let everyone know that i’ve sent 210 text messages over that last two years of mediocre cleaning. Yes you respond, but nothing is ever fixed. Now that the cleaning is the worst it’s ever been, you are trying to hold me for 60 days of terrible cleaning. Take a hike guys!! Now you want your legal team to come after me for 2 months of service that you are not even doing!! What a joke!

Everyone should think twice before they sign up with these guys. They change franchise owners all the time and it’s always a new crew.

We've been with Anago since 2016 but this was my first year dealing with this company as operations manager. I had a rough start with the first cleaning personnel, who was not cleaning our facility to meet our standards especially since this is a pediatric clinic. I got to a point where I was getting ready to switch to another cleaning company. But our contact person, Angela, followed up consistently and arranged for us to have a new cleaning personnel with a great reputation.
