Officially done with Home Depot. Why do you not hire people that actually understand home improvement and project builds? Every time I walk into ANY Home Depot there is not a single employee that could tell you where most niche things are, nor do they understand what half the items on their shelves do. There is nobody that can help you here. Do your reseach on your own and purchase your products from somewhere that respects your time.

Went to your store today, met a wonderful employee named Dianne at the garden dept. She wowed me as I came to the store gave me directions to find a trap to help me catch a small animal. She wowed me as I left the store, you just don't get service like this everywhere in Pompano beach. Please acknowledge her Please.

Typical Home Depot antics - there are about 3 flatbed carts at this store total. You usually have to walk a quarter mile to find one. Garden center has zero. Manager said they were all stolen and didn't care. I would expect nothing less from home depot. That's why I'm a loyal Lowe's customer!

Great garden center. Bought firewood for a small campfire. Looking forward to that. Home Depot is a great store for all your needs.

Let us know he was here. Most importantly to us is he closed and locked our gate unlike the last technician. We were horrified when a neighbor knocked on our door with our 16 year old dog who had escaped. He is precious to us and we might have lost him forever because his memory isn’t so great anymore.

Cornelius was great! He took time to communicate with me thru my ring camera. He also spent time in my yard while it was raining. I feel he went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated!

Technician was very attentive to his application without a quick rush and attended to side of house lawn which other Technician did not. He was great!

Only communication is with an 800#, no personal service. The people employed to work the number are more concerned about selling product than providing correct information. They schedule appointments without consulting you and then claim they did a service, meanwhile there is no evidence at the property that they showed up to do anything. I was home, no knock at the door, no note left on the door, you are just supposed to take their word for it. Customer service is completely lacking from this corporate megahouse. Shameful and despicable. I am still waiting for a full refund!!!

Signed up for TruGreen yesterday and they visited today / next day - brilliant! Previous owners of our house we just bought made zero effort and didn’t look after their property or outside lawn… so it needs work. Witt was friendly and helpful. Would love to have him service the property every time. Only complaint I have is that I was expected TruGreen within 3-5 days so my lawn cutting service came AFTER TruGreen sprayed. But I called TruGreen and they’re returning to respray. Happy so far! Looking forward to a weedless yard.

The Tech was very courteous and polite. Listened to what I had to say and explained everything very well. She went about her job with concern and pride. She is a true asset to your company.

Today was the first time my lawn was treated by TruGreen. So I'm just waiting for progress. Picture below is what it looks like at this moment. Hopefully in time my next picture will show prettier health green grass.

I like the service that TruGreen provides . The only thing I would ask, is that the same person Service one area or the same group of people service the same area so they will have knowledge of the customers lawn concern concerns. But I asked that Mr. Quincy Johnson continue servicing my lawn
