Ingham’s Pest Control claims to perform lawn maintenance and fix the irrigation/sprinkler system. We had a contractual agreement with Todd for multiple properties. He subcontracts the work out, never shows up to verify the work was done properly and it failed shortly thereafter as the grass and flowers died.
When I contacted him the following month to find out why he never showed up to service the various properties he told me he forgot. He further added that he does not warranty the work.
Homeowners should be aware of this company.
