Luis Ruiz was the tech. He did a fantastic job and is the best window washer I have ever had from Sabrina Window Cleaning Service. He was very polite, courteous and detailed.

The worker I had is the same one as last year and he did a good job! On time and polite.I think the price is getting a little too high for me to continue. Each year it continues to go up!

I have been a loyal customer of your company for years and have always appreciated the quality of your work—until this past week, when I experienced extremely disappointing service.

A window technician came to a property we own, inspected the windows, and provided a quote, which we accepted. Due to rain, we mutually agreed to reschedule the work for the following day. However, when a different technician arrived the next day, they refused to honor the original quote and insisted on a price that was higher than originally agreed.

This kind of inconsistency and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a company I’ve trusted for years. It felt unprofessional and left us feeling frustrated and misled.

I hope this matter will be looked into seriously and that you will take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again—to us or other long-standing customers.

Had an arrival time of 11am to 1pm. Received a call at 12:43pm saying the "guys car broke down" and they needed to reschedule, but not when I was available, only in their limited available time slots. They seem to have good reviews for their work, unfortunately I'll never find out how good.
