Excellent customer service from the office staff & the window cleaner!! The man went above and beyond by scraping the mineral deposits on our glass bocks that had been driving me crazy! Great job, great prices, I always use & recommend this company.

Never started a review with the classic line "If I could give zero stars, I would...", but here it goes. Our 2-story house with over 100 windows was assigned to a single tech, working alone, without any equipment that would allow him to reach the 2nd floor windows! At nightfall, this poor tech had to quit, leaving 20% of the downstairs windows uncleaned (or poorly cleaned) and 100% of the second story windows undone. A second tech was dispatched a few days later, who spent an hour or so on the entire 2nd floor and then left, windows barely any cleaner than when he arrived. Our complaints (via telephone and multiple emails) fell on deaf ears. We were sent a receipt marked "PAID", showing a customer balance of "$0.00"; then, 2 months later (despite attempts to clarify this with management) were sent another invoice for the full amount PLUS a late fee! Poor workmanship, poor preparation, inadequate tools to do the job, unresponsive management - AND OUR WINDOWS ARE STILL NOT CLEAN!!! Run, do not walk, away from this company!

Brian did our windows and mirrors. He arrived timely, did an excellent job and doubled checked his work before leaving. Job very well done.

This year I was extremely happy to get a very reliable young man who did a fantastic job. I can’t say enough about this young man. He is very polite, he listened to my concern and was more than happy to help. From now on I will request to have only Thomas be the one to do any work at my place. He has my highest regards.

I used this company six years ago, so they are familiar with my property. They quoted me over the phone $180 plus if windows needed special attention and additional $3-5 per window. When technician came out they quoted $15-25 more per window Bait and switch?

The technician who came out to work on my home was amazing. He made all my windows look so clean it was as if there was no glass at all. Spectacular service with fine attention to detail where he also cleaned a fan and changed an air conditioning filter that I was unable to reach. Overall it was a great experience

I have used this service for a few years when I lived in Boca. I didn’t realize they were servicing up here and this was the first time we’ve had the windows done or in the middle of restoring a historic home. They did such an extraordinary job truly remarkable I forgot how great they are.

Squeegee Wizards cleaned my 2nd floor windows. They were very reasonably priced and they cleaned on ladder by hand and the windows never looked better. Will use again in 6 months. Recommend!

I will definitely call and use Louis again. He and his partner did a beautiful job. I will inform people in my building about the great job they did. Unfortunately with all the new buildings going up around us all our windows are getting dirty and it will continue so most people feel it is not worth getting their windows washed since they will be dirty almost instantly.

WORST CLEANING EVER! Service over the past several years has gotten consistently worse. Many years back service was good and technicians were professional. Now, the ones they continue to send go so fast, do not do a thorough job and certainly don't go above and beyond in any capacity. My screens and tracks had so many bugs left that weren't cleaned and the portion around the windows themselves look filthy after the technicians left. I called immediately to let them know that the service was horrible. We will not be using this company for anything in the future.
