You couldn’t get a better carpet cleaning team if god himself put babies in a basket and sent them straight to carpet cleaning school. I’ve been using Ronnie’s for 18 years now and it has been a pleasure working with them. Not only are they skilled but they are RELIABLE. Let me repeat, skilled AND reliable in south Florida. Like I said, divine intervention is involved here. If they say they’re coming at 3 then count on your phone ringing at 2:45 asking for the gate code. You ask them to hit a specific spot? They find 3 others you missed and hit them anyway. It’s unreal their attention to detail and I appreciate every time I have them on board. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

My company hired Ronnie’s Carpet Cleaning to clean our office carpets. We had one stain in particular that had been there for years. I never thought it would come clean. I am very impressed with the quality of this air duct cleaning service. The technicians were experts in their field. They arrived on time and worked diligently to clean every vent. They were careful not to damage my walls or floors, which I really appreciated. The air quality in my home has improved significantly. I no longer wake up with a stuffy nose, and the dust accumulation on my furniture has decreased. The technicians were also very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

When you find yourself in need of an after hours service call, it’s never a good thing. Add to the mix that it’s right in the middle of a time when people are distancing themselves from each other and spending more time at home, then that takes the entire experience to a whole new level of stress. When you reach out to a person/company who then responds immediately, fixes your issue quickly and advises on steps to prevent a reoccurrence, and does all of the above with a calm and polite manner then you have reached a company that you not only want to continue to do business with when/if the need arises in the future but you also want to share your experience with others. I highly recommend Rusty and Total Comfort Solutions. I’d choose them in a crisis (as I did this weekend) but also when planning a project prior to it being an emergency and I encourage anyone reading this to feel confident in making that same choice.

Called with an emergency situation and Russell Burch answered. He was very quick to respond and called back when he said he would. Upon arrival, he had our furnace issue diagnosed and back in working order in less than 30 minutes. He is extremely fair and set our mind at ease with his honest work ethic and professional, diligent work. Rusty was FANTASTIC!!! He did an extremely thorough job, right down to washing the vent covers!! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Most importantly, he took time to get to know me as a person, not just a customer. He didn't just come in and work in solitude. We will be dealing with Rusty and Total Comfort Solutionist for all of our HVAC needs.

Rusty gets our family's highest marks for service! After being told by another heat/cool business in town that we would have to wait up to 5 days to have our AC fixed — when it was 90+ degrees outside and 85 and VERY humid inside our house — Rusty responded immediately. He came to the house, checked the unit, jotted down model and serial numbers, called his supplier to see how quickly he could get the part, and confirmed that he would be able to install it the next morning...all before he even left our driveway. He is on time, trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind and personable, and he takes pride in his work. You can't go wrong by hiring Total Comfort Solutions!
