My husband and I are very satisfied with GMC across the board. Today they sent Cirtis S. to do a tune up. He did all kinds of stuff to the air handler and the outdoor unit. Our AC is 12 years old and is pretty loud when it first turns on. We knew that we would have to eventually get a new unit. But Cirtis saw that we only needed 2 parts that were under $500.00 so, that was a relief to hear. GMC's guys are extremely courteous and have manors beyond what you expect. Is it good parenting or good training on the job or both? I think both, but it seems to be consistent with all their employees. God bless 'em all.

I’d recommend them. They did a good job for me. Happy with the I-Wave R system they installed. The air is clean and fresh and most importantly healthy. They cleaned my a/c coil and blower from ira of crud and grime. The iwave will keep it clean.

They ignore an emergency call until the next day, then respond to a customer WITH a maintenance contract about a problem with the AIR HANDLER kicking off(due to a clogged drain line) then claim "we are gonna do you a favor and not charge for a capacitor but you need a hard start kit" and proceed to charge over 300 dollars for a thirty buck, UNNECESSARY component, and upon being contacted, unable to excuse the BLATANTLY OBVIOUS UNDENIABLE SCAM claim "oh uhh I'm not a technician I dunno what to tell you". It is an absolute mystery to me how on earth this company has a good rating.
