One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

AC went out Saturday morning. One Hour came out quickly and found that the condenser had a leak. Technician said I had to wait until Monday to have fixed or replaced. Charged me diagnostic fee and left. The tech did not even take the fan off to find the leak for a possible quick fix. Called another company and got fixed within 2 hours. I got totally ripped off. Lets see if they make it right by reaching out for a refund..

UPDATE: Received call from Customer Service from One Hour who after all this info, decided NOT to have service fee refunded because the "technician did come out". Well he didn't fix the issue or even attempt to fix the issue. Please be very cautious using this company. I would use someone else. $99 dollars down the drain.

Elvin was a wonderful tech and did an awesome job replacing our coils efficiently! Marilyn and Troy behind the scenes at one hour were equally a pleasure to work with … I’ve been using them for over 32 years and hope to continue another 32 staying cool!

Terrible experience, felt extremely scammy. Receptionist says they're sending out someone VERY experienced with humidity (my issue), he arrives, barely gives any feedback and says since it's an offday, their 'expert' will visit later in the week. Their expert arrives later in the week, says he will call his supervisor who is their 'expert'. They quoted me between $5,000-$20,000 because I needed to replace my unit that was LESS than THREE years old lol. I declined, have kept my AC at 69 degrees and no longer have a humidity issue. Funny how their suggestion was to replace an entire unit. If it was the unit, why would lowering the temperature (putting more strain on the unit) remove my humidity issue?
