Landscaping reviews in Pompano Beach, Florida

A meeting was made to discuss upgrading ideas for my home. Excited about my choices...,
I I specifically asked for a bed of flowers to fill the front portion of my yard. Well,I did not get it! Instead, I have 3 separated,sad little plants, scattered and looking pitiful! Everything else in the yard looks beautiful..!
I had one of the landscapers ask me a question about the plans... I could not understand him- due to broken English. If this landscaper was unsure, and had Questions pertaining to the landscaping job, why didn’t he call his team for an answer?
I had gone shopping, while the team landscaped my yard. Once I returned home,I DID NOT SEE A BED OF FLOWERS!
I called in to explain about the missing bed of flowers…
A request was made, for me to send pictures of my yard. I did that! An apology was made.
I rescheduled for the landscapers to come back to complete the job.
Later that day, I checked my phone and saw a text, stating that her landscaping team said, that
YOU planted the 3 plants!!!!
OH, NOW I’M BEING LIED ON...!!
I HIRED YOUR LANDSCAPING TEAM...
DIGGING UP DIRT, IS NOT FOR ME...!
At This point, I was totally upset and confused???
I texted back and I ended up canceling everything!
I refuse to have a team of liars come back to my home, no way! unprofessional!!!
If possible, I would rate this company a ZERO!!!!!

Used Mystique for over a year and (despite the pricey cost) was generally very happy with them. However, I made a plan with Noah for some more detailed work and installations (palms, bushes, and more) and after we agreed on the work I was ghosted for weeks. Calls and messages were not returned and the office wasn’t helpful. Not a great feeling—nor super professional—to be left hanging.

We have been using Mystique for 2 years now. Noah redesigned our landscape into what feels like a resort. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We also use them for weekly maintenance. His team of guys are not only fast but thorough. Their effort on our home is complimented by neighbors regularly. Very pleased

If you want it done and done right the first time, this is the company to use. Tree removal, tree trimming, certified arborist, sprinkler repair and maintenance , ground maintenance, emergency services, hurricane cleanup, and the list goes on. Currently with them 18 years. Fantastic owners, outstanding crews.

Palm Atlantic Landscape Maintenance has been such an excellent customer of ours for about 7 years now and I wish I had 7 more like them! They exude nothing but professionalism and consistency when ordering plants and always expect quality material for their customers! As a plant supplier I can honestly say that it is such a pleasure to work with them.

In my opinion I think these guys are the best. They get the job done quickly and clean. The blow off the vehicles which is important to me. The neighbors saw the guy with the leaf blower leaning on cars again while he's blowing away the grass, is that nesscesary? Please stop that.

My HOA uses this company and in my many years of living here my grass has never looked worse. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Samy has been my landscaper for a while now and I can say the service is phenomenal! Very affordable and professional. I can say that this landscaping company has the most honest workers as well that can help you with any quick fixes or big projects!
