TruGreen technician Shawndell N was very polite. He explained aeration treatment he was applying to my lawn today. I’m praying for my lawn to come back to life. Hopefully after the next two treatments maybe I’ll see some progress. I’m three treatments in and I hope by the fall the lawn will look great. Until next treat I’ll update pictures.

Very thorough, very professional, addressed my issue. I do have one other comment about branch that is servicing me. I almost never see the same technician on each service. Each service the new technician has no knowledge of what the last technician addressed, I have to explain all over again.

I’ve had this service for my lawn for two years and I’m sorry to report I think my yard is worse than it was before. To add insult to injury, their call people have regularly called to inquire about my satisfaction, but then nothing seems to happen to fix my lawn. The people performing the service come and go in just a couple minutes. I guess they’re too stingy with the fertilizers that would actually make a difference. Weeds, bare spots, and yellow grass abound. Can I get a refund? (I doubt I can.)

Our first trip there today. The plants are gorgeous. A lovely selection. Plants are healthy and priced very good. Also an amazing selection of pots.

I found Laguna Bay nursery by chance. I was very pleased at selection but more by the help and service recieved. A family owened Buisness, Fidel was able to come by and recomend some plants and his brother Carlos came and installed them. They were both knowlegeble and helpful and I recieved fair pricing, I would use again.

Amazing plants at amazing prices, staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have always answered the phone when i called to ask if a plant is in stock. I always come here first before going to any local nearby nurseries.

This nursery is so cute. The plants are all very healthy and well cared for. They have a fantastic selection of outdoor landscaping plants, flowering butterfly bushes, exotic houseplants, Mexican painted pots and so much more. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful place to walk around, as well. If they added a little coffee bar I could sit and watch the butterflies fly around for hours!

They always have what we’re looking for when other nursery’s are sold out. Quick and easy, no long lines on a Saturday morning. Always cheaper with larger and healthier plants than nearby places. Great family business!

BEWARE.
I have bought a lot of plants at this nursery in the past. I noticed that two of the plants I bought recently were getting yellow leaves and had holes in them They got caterpillars in the first week. I already have had a plant like this for a long time. It never got caterpillars. I tried treating them myself for a week and then called Laguna and asked if I could return them. They said no. Apparently they don’t stand by their plants. They weren’t very helpful or concerned. These are new owners. I liked the previous one better. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I never had a problem with any of the plants I bought from him over the years. I will not be going back here again.

Beautiful selection, they looked healthy and well cared for, tidy place. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite.

Well maintained plants! I saw so many butterflies and the passionflower vine I bought already had gulf fritilary caterpillars, which I love as I'm planting a pollinator garden!

Fidel is terrific! He really knows a great deal about plants. The prices are reasonable, and the sales transactions run smoothly. They have some unusual plants that I've never seen before, which made our shopping expedition a bit more fun and exciting. Fidel answered our questions with the exception of knowing if iguanas go after the new plant in question. He didn't have that information, but he knew a great deal about the plant. Stop in and see the wide variety of plants at their reasonable prices. They're a tad cheaper than other nurseries.
