5 months of trugree service… you decide if this is worth it

Today was the first time my lawn was treated by TruGreen. So I'm just waiting for progress. Picture below is what it looks like at this moment. Hopefully in time my next picture will show prettier health green grass.

Romulus.W knows exactly what to do with our lawn to make it healthier. He communicates very well with me and I’m grateful for that. Because of him, our lawn is finally looking good! He’s a caring & friendly specialist—thank you!

I like the service that TruGreen provides . The only thing I would ask, is that the same person Service one area or the same group of people service the same area so they will have knowledge of the customers lawn concern concerns. But I asked that Mr. Quincy Johnson continue servicing my lawn

First month they came, killed a Huge patch of grass and weeds on my front lawn and left big brown patches. Took six or seven months to fill back in. They DONT kill crabgrass because its a grass. Didnt tell me that till after I prepaid for the year.

I highly recommend this team for any garden project; they’re efficient and dedicated.

Currently a customer and ready to leave. I’ve used this company when I lived in Atlanta and Orlando, never had an issue. I moved to south florida and had a great technician that knew how to treat my lawn. It was perfect. No weeds or burn spots. After tech David left, these newbies Trugreen hired burnt my lawn, didn’t put down enough weed killer and fertilizer (literally services my lawn in 5 minutes), and now I’m back to square one. I’ve called multiple times for a manager to walk my lawn with me to discuss future action and haven’t received a call as yet from Pedro (manager). This has been the worst experience with company and if this situation cannot be resolved, I’m done.

Update: George came back out after 3 weeks and determined the damaged spots need replacement. He’s at my house with a tech replacing it. That’s going above and beyond for customer service!!

Robert James is excellent. I was ready to discontinue service but he totally turned me around. You are very fortunate to have such an amazing customer service manager! Kudos to Robert! Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My specialist Darryl was very professional and cordial. He answered my questions and he was very thorough with the application to my lawn. Very pleased.

RUMUELUS provided excellent maintenance service at my home today. He arrived on time, began by advising me of what would be done, answered my questions and quickly went to work.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

My lawn was looking nice before I hired trugreen , I just needed some help with weed control . The day after their second treatment, the lawn began to die. I spoke to them and they said I’m they would come inspect, and they just sent the SAMe guy who killed my lawn out to respray again and he had the nerve to note “noted brown spots all over lawn” like he didn’t create them 😂. I’ve been trying to get anybody helpful to speak to me for A week now and their support is completely useless . They had literally ONE job, make my lawn better, but they killed it.

TruGreen has always done an excellent job servicing my lawn. They always keep to their schedule, and if any additional issues arise due to the intensity of South Florida's weather, they are quick to take care of the problem. Their technicians are always very capable and personable, and they answer any questions I might have. I have always been very happy with their service.

Absolute cam stay far away. I have proof that they come to the house and do NOTHING. I Paid for the entire year service up front . The day they came to aerate they guy came and did Nothing. I have cameras showing half my yard and not once did he walk into that area. There were no holes in my yard and no pieces or pellets of grass form the aeration . I will be complaining to BBB as well a getting my money back even if I have to hire a lawyer. Not the first time I've heard about this from someone. You tell me, does that look like an aerated lawn to you from the photos taken a couple hours after service was supposedly completed?

Robert, the technician who comes out and treats my ficus hedges is a great guy and very dependable. I appreciate his efforts on my property. Robert is always friendly and pleasant.

My mother had this patch of lawn sodded earlier this year. This is what happened under Trugreen’s care. Dead lawn and weeds. After placing multiple calls to obviously a call center, a technician came out and fertilized 3 times in a month and half In 90 degree heat. Fertilizer does not need to be applied in the summer. Needless to say it looks horrible. I was told multiple times that a manager would come out and inspect it…still waiting. They need to resod this. Very disgusted. Funny thing is they are supposed to treat for weeds and they leave a note saying that I have weeds.
