TrueGreen has been treating my lawn for weeds for quite a while. They have brought my yard back from weeds, as pictured, to a lovely lawn. I am very pleased.

Techs are very helpful and work with you in realizing the issue and providing the service to remedy your problems. The tech sent out to me was very polite and professional in addressing my issue. Mimo listen to my issue and suggested applications to address the problem I was having.

My lawn was treated today by David Jean. I have been with Tru Green for over 15 years and the only person I trust on my lawn is David. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain what he has done and treats my lawn 100%, he never misses any areas. I've always had the best lawns in both houses that he has taken care of now and in the past. David is friendly, professional and caring and we are so lucky to have him as our specialist.

The service team that came to my house Were polite and gracious took the time to explain to me I found them most informative and knowledgeable a company truly dedicated to their clients I give them a 10.9 on the survey

The service specialist, Harold Hamblen, was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Harold explained to me what insects were attacking my Shrubs and detailed how he would treat them, along with the reasonable time expectations for seeing the results.

Ever since I’ve been using true green for my grass improvement and mosquito service I’ve been very impressed. The customer service and the representatives that come out are all outstanding. They are all very eager to help and make us happy with the results. On those occasions which are minimal, that we have not been, they always do their upmost to rectify the situation and retain our business. They’re doing a great job.

So far I have had a couple of visits from myTrue Green service technician I think his name was Todi. He rang the door bell to notify he was there and he was very personable and professional. These days I really appreciate this level customer service.

Witimbert was my service guy, he explained in detail the steps we will take to recover the lawn on this new home. The estimate is 70 days before we actually start seeing grass. We are all weeds at this point. I will post again after next treatment.

We have been using TruGreen for about one year now we had a prior company that wasn’t doing anything for a lawn in our grass is very sickly and Paul I went through Green came our grass overtime became very green and robust. They also take care of our money plants around the pool.

The service of this company is horrible; the lawn and the bushes are dying. I called to inquire about service so they could check on this, and they told me my account was not up to date and that they hadn't come since August. I confirmed with my bank account that I have automatic payments set up, and they have been deducting payments due to their own error. My lawn is dying, and they don't want to take responsibility. I called at 4:45 in the afternoon, and the lady who answered wouldn't let me speak and hung up at 5:00. This is the worst in customer service and general service, whether dealing with the lawn or plants.

Been having Trugreen treat my lawn for a year. My lawn has had constant dead and weeds even after they started treating. Aways need to have them come back for a “courtesy” visit to treat my lawn. Don’t waste your money.

After a rocky start about no using insecticide and not calling to upsell services, I have been very pleased with TruGreen. The staff was very responsive and helpful with my concerns. My lawn is looking much better than it did before getting the service.

We signed up hoping for a healthier lawn, but the opposite happened. Our grass is now mostly brown and dry, and there’s been no improvement since treatment started. Very disappointed with the results and feel like this service was a waste of money.

Less expensive than purchasing fertilizer, weed control, insect control. No manual labor on my part. TruGreen will follow-up to ensure their treatment recommendations are working. I really hope to have a lawn next year with grass rather than weeds, and I believe I will.

Please allow zero stars! DO NOT use Tru Green it’s literally the worst service ever! I Used Tru Green in Atlanta for years before moving to South Florida. Started using Tru Green in Fort Lauderdale and paid over $3000 to put in new sod and they literally destroyed every inch of it! Supervisor failed to follow through on solution to bring my lawn back to life and does not return calls. Hang up on their marketing calls and do not let them touch your lawn.

My first lawn treatment for weeds was today. Later today my lawn will be getting a potash treatment. The technician was pleasant and we spoke about my lawn situation. I consider my lawn to be healthy but full of weeds. I'm hoping this treatment will kill the weeds and not the grass itself. I know it's a process and I'm going to try to be patient for a good outcome. I appreciate technician Quayatta's knowledge and warnings. I would've given the review 5 stars but I was asleep and never received a notice to say "hey I'm on the way to your house". Just to arrive at my home at 8am without notice doesn't sat well with me. I would also prefer to be present at the time of any
service...please don't arrive and start working in my yard. Thank you in advance.

This was a complete waste of money. Before signing up, several friends warned me not to waste my money with TruGreen, and unfortunately, they were right. TruGreen first serviced my lawn in September, and instead of improving, my lawn got worse. By the time they returned, weeds had continued to grow aggressively, including nutsedge, alfalfa weed, chickweed, and others.
What TruGreen failed to disclose upfront is that they do not have a product that treats crabgrass, which was one of the main reasons I hired them in the first place. Had I known this, I would never have signed up for their service. This feels like a misleading sales tactic and a money grab.
I spent $2,400 on sod, and that money is now completely down the drain. I also paid $516.40 for TruGreen’s service and only received $233.74 back, which is unacceptable given the outcome. I believe I should have received a full refund because I was told they could treat all of my lawn issues, which was not true.
Now the crabgrass is completely out of control, and I will likely have to dig up my lawn and replace it entirely. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a lawn care company, and I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone not even my worst enemy.
