Mover reviews in Pompano Beach, Florida

10 Hour move! good workers, good vibe, fair price, efficient use of space in truck, would use them again, did the piano as well,

Best moving service in south Florida, great movers, on time, under budget and great customer service. I don’t know what else you need.

If I could leave this company zero stars, I would. They initially provided an upfront price, but on moving day, the cost increased by $1,000. It took nearly a month to deliver my belongings, and despite their assurances that they didn’t use brokers, it turns out they did. The furniture finally arrived without any notification, and I was forced to pay an additional $1,300 to have it delivered. The company ignored my repeated calls for reimbursement, which I never received. Save yourself the headache—don’t waste your time or money with this company. I will be contacting the BBB next.

The 2 guys that arrived were very courteous, and fast which is always nice.. and it was same day within hours.. so the price was a little steep for just moving 2 mattresses upstairs but.. if it had been a bigger job for that price I know they would be great to use in the future!

Amazing job from Boris and his team in Deerfield Beach! We’re on time and made my moving go fast from Deerfield beach to Coconut Creek. I highly recommend them!

**Buyer Beware:**

If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. Initially, they provided a clear upfront price, but on the day of the move, the cost unexpectedly increased by $1,000. Furthermore, it took nearly a month for my belongings to be delivered. Despite their claims of not using brokers, it became evident that they did. When my furniture finally arrived, I received no prior notification and was compelled to pay an additional $1,300 for the delivery. My attempts to contact the company for reimbursement have been met with silence, and I have yet to receive any compensation. To avoid a similar experience, I strongly advise against engaging with this company. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau shortly.

Response***

Despite my efforts to reach out, I have encountered difficulties in obtaining a response. Specifically, the company has indicated that they are unable to locate my information in their system, despite acknowledging my identity. Additionally, my attempts to communicate via phone have been unsuccessful.

It is noteworthy that the company's responses to previous negative feedback often include a similar statement of being unable to identify the individual providing the critique. This raises concerns about the consistency and transparency of their customer service practices.

I believe it is important for companies to maintain open lines of communication with their clients, and I hope this matter can be addressed promptly

What a terrible experience! Broken goods and damaged furniture—it was a nightmare! How could they have received a rating of 4.8?

I recently had the pleasure of using Movers Pompano Beach for my move from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano Beach, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, it was a smooth and stress-free experience.
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Alex and Paul, the two movers who handled my relocation. They were not only professional but also incredibly efficient. They took care of everything, from packing up my one-bedroom apartment to unpacking at my new place. Their attention to detail and careful handling of my belongings gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Movers Pompano Beach for anyone looking to move in the area. Their team, especially Alex and Paul, made my relocation a breeze, and their pricing was more than reasonable. Thank you, Movers Pompano Beach, for a job well done!😻

The best, most reliable team and company I have ever worked with. I’ve been with ABA Moving quite a few times for not only moves but also deliveries and I have nothing but praises for them. The guys are always very Hard-working, punctual, respectful and most importantly trust worthy! . And of course the best part is very fair pricing! The only company I will ever use.

Mike, Mark and the rest of the team worked extremely hard for me and my move. Their professionalism was fantastic. Very curious, polite, and consistently concerned for the conditions of my home while moving my things. They didn’t waste a minute of time. To my even brought a team of 4 men to assist with my piano move up two flights of stairs.

I highly recommend!
