Great experience from start to finish. Called after 12pm and had techs here before 3. Mike and Andrew did a great job explaining the work they were doing and had the new water heater installed in just a few hours.

Adam was prompt and professional. The job only took about 2 hours, and he cleaned up the area well. He was courteous ,and answered a few questions I had. I thought the cost was originally a bit high, but the service was great, and so I feel I made a sound decision. Highly recommend

After trying various plumbing companies who tried to push and sell things I did not need I came across Water Heaters Only. I was in a major bind as I had renters showing up at 3pm and the company that could do nothing for me decided to waste my time until 11am that morning. Water Heaters Only called and said they could have a technician out in an hour and fix my issue. Dave showed up and was awesome I had a new water heater installed and house back to normal with time to spare.

Had a great experience with Dave, he was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me. He left his work place cleaner than when he got there, and the new heater looks great! I’d highly recommend these guys, they are very professional and trustworthy.

Mike, Bill and the team at Water Heaters Only & John The Plumber were very timely and professional with installing my new Hot Water Heater. They were very respectful and clean while working at my residence, and did a quality installation. I would highly recommend!

I talked to Mike on the phone and he was able to figure out my water heater's issue with a clip of the video I sent him! He explained the problem to me clearly and gave me a reasonable quote. Their technicians Adam and Dana came to take care of the issue the same day. They wore masks and kept the work area as neat as possible. They were very professional, on time and willing to spend time to explain everything when I had questions. Excellent service!

I can't be happier!! After dealing with home depot's chosen install team for more than 10 days And still no hot water I got mad enough to call another company yesterday. I called Water Heaters Only yesterday late afternoon and this morning my new hot water heater was installed by Adam and Jeremy who were awesome! They were prompt, professional, friendly and knew what they were doing! They even cleaned up nicely!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of a hot water heater, whether it be new or maintenance on your existing one. This is a family owned company who actually cares about their customers and it shows.

We had a new electric water heater put in a few days ago through Water Heaters Only. We had checked several places and their price was the best. The service tech, Adam, called before he came, as they said he would. He came at the time he said he would. Adam was very nice, very polite and knew exactly what to do. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and soon after, we had hot water again. Adam called me back later to say there was a little issue with the code and I had two choices. I chose the one that had no additional cost and we scheduled for the next morning. A little while later, Adam called back again and said one of the owners, Mike, said the other way was the proper way and they would do it that way at no additional cost. Now that is integrity. Adam came back on time the next morning just as he said he would and made the change. There is always a little mess when doing this kind of work, and, of course, Adam did a nice job of cleaning it up. I would definitely recommend this company and definitely would request Adam again if I should have any other plumbing needs.
