I'm giving one star only because there isn't no other options this company is the most dishonest ,over priced, and has worse customer service.they tell you one price at the beginning just to get your business after that change you different price. I will never recommend them to anyone.

John was very professional and they have a extremely courteous staff. My gas tankless water heater broke in the middle of the night, so you can imagine how frustrated I was without any hot water the following morning! I called Mainline Plumbing and spoke to Ashley to schedule an appointment, she was very helpful over the phone and sent John out to replaced my old water heater, he was very efficient and had my hot water back on in no time! John did a great job, the price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner with attention to detail. They are a great company and I will definitely be using them again!

Joey, Landon and Benjamin were very professional and respectful. I had a leak in pipe underneath my house and it was repaired in less than 2 hrs. In addition, they replaced a toilet as well. Im going to recommend Mainline to family and friends.

super professional service by all their technicians, they cleared a the main line which was partially block and by my request came back the following day to install a cleanout access point. very professional and knowledgeable. once again my sicere thanks for a job extremely well done by all their techs.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. Unfortunately, every interaction I've had has felt unprofessional. I scheduled two separate appointment dates and took time off work for both, yet no one showed up on either occasion. I also did not receive any phone call, text, or notification explaining the missed appointments.
When I attempted to file a complaint regarding this issue, my call was hung up on, which only added to my frustration. It is very disheartening to feel that a company has so little regard for a customer's time and commitments.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services, as the lack of communication and reliability has been unacceptable.

I normally dont do reviews but i can say this company have exceptional customer service.The tech arrive on time they sent out text before, for a reminder. I did not have a leak,however the company did not charge me for a call service for coming out.They could have but did not .My tech Joey was friendly very imformative. Although I did not have a issue I would diffently use this company in the future.

Outstanding service. I had no hot water on 12/26. Jeff from Mainline came out the next day and after checking my water heater showed me burnt wiring inside the water heater, and told me I needed a new water heater. He gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable. By Tuesday, 12/30 Jeff returned and installed my new water heater. Considering this was a holiday weekend I thought the service from Mainline, and Jeff, was outstanding. Thank you.

I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We hired them to do an epoxy lining of our cast-iron. Every single technician was so polite and so professional. I really appreciated that the office would send a text, letting me know the name of the technician with a picture and Letting me know when they were on their way. Great communication! Mainline Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling of Pompano is a well run and a very efficient Team. The responded very quickly to our call for AC service. They arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed our issue. We got a quick and fair written estimate to repair our AC. We chose to have our Unit replaced and they were back the next morning to remove and install the new system. Aramis, Luis, and Denzel were a great crew that did a fantastic job on our challenging install due to a small restrictive space. The were polite and communicated throughout the process so we were always up to speed. They cleaned up well and then followed up with texts and calls after they returned back to the shop to make sure we were cooling effectively. We highly recommend Mainline for all your needs in home heating and cooling. You will not be disappointed with this crew of repairmen. Ed Warinner

Had Mainline Plumbing out two weeks ago to repair gas lines to our outdoor lanterns, replace a hose bib, and install a new water shutoff valve. A few days ago I noticed I was still smelling gas near the front door, so I called to have someone come back out. They sent Jeff the very next day.

In about 25 minutes, Jeff had diagnosed the issue—a loose fitting where the copper tubing connects to the gas line—and replaced it. He showed me pictures of how he used bubble solution to pinpoint the leak before making the repair. He's a 32-year veteran of the industry and it shows—super efficient, professional, and thorough. He even took the time to check the other two jobs from the previous visit to make sure everything was in order.

Really appreciated Jeff's attention to detail and his commitment to making things right. Five stars for him.

Well.... if you're ready to spend dollars... a lot of dollars, call these guys. I contacted them in november for a clogged toilet/mainline on my mobile home. The service guy came in shortly after my call. Excellent service on this part. i explained the situation and he acted promptly to resolve the problem, All in all, it took about 2 hours from the time he came in until he left. Cost of the operation: 1296.13$ !!! For removing a toilet and use a snake down the line. I didn't have a choice since we were in the third day without a toilet. Since it was only labour involved, let's say that the service call is 200$ (I don't know the real fee for that since nobody ever called me back) That would mean that this company send me a guy and they charged me around 500$ an hour. To unclogged a toilet/mainline.... The day after, I called the company and asked for a detailed invoice. I was told that someone would call me back. We're in january and I'm still waiting...

David was an incredible technician and very respectful of us and our home. He even came back to touch up the walls after working late on our panels the first night! Will absolutely ask for David again if anything electrical is needed!!

The technician, Shammah was highly professional and thorough. He explained and documented the work to be done, walked me through the process, and executed it with great care and detail. I’m very pleased with the service he and Mainline provided. I also purchased the year maintenance program.

From the first day of making the appointment with Joya, to the tech trying, with Shammah, to fix everything, (he was very professional), to installing the new a/c system the second day, I am very pleased with everything. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, and everything is back to normal.
I can’t remember the last 2 installers, brothers, Alonso & ???, but they were very good, also!
So now, everything is new and working well, and hopefully all will be good for the next 10+ years!
