Called Trust Rooter for a different issue, Manuel was honest that this is something they don't do and it should only be fixed by an AC tech, I had a second issue which was resolved quickly, as a certified plumber his price was better than some unlicensed contractor, but work was much better.

This is the second time I have used Trust Rooter for my plumbing needs. First was a kitchen sink replacement and second time was a kitchen faucet and under sink water faucets replacements which were to prevent future leaking. I am very pleased with their technicians and quality of work. I will depend on them for all future plumbing needs. I appreciate the work done by Leo and Manuel.

I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet. There was no water pressure and one of the pipes underneath the sink was leaking. I called Trust Rooter & Luis was at my home in less than 2 hrs. on a Sat. He fixed the water pressure problem and replaced the part underneath the sink. No more leaking. He was awesome!! I would definitely use him and Trust Rooter again!!

With this being my first plumbing issue Trust rooter made my first experience an amazing one. I looked them up made the call and they were to my house within 30 minutes. Jose the plumber showed up greeted me checked the problem and even schooled me on how to fix the problem I had. Jose went the extra mile to show me how to read my water meter just in case there was another leak. JOSE FUENTES FOR PRESEDENT!!!!!!!! Trust Rooter is my new plumbing source and I’ve already recommended a few people. THANK YOU TRUST ROOTER!!!!!!!

Great customer Service. Leo was professional and ontime for his appointment. He explained the entire process and quoted a price much lower than other plumbers. The work was completed in the least amount of time and we are highly satisfied.

Lee was very efficient and accommodating when he arrived at my home. He did the job and made sure everything was done correctly. I would absolutely recommend him if asked for a plumber!

I had an appt with Marvin today and it could not have been more of a pleasant experience. He was courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I thought I was dealing with a simple toilet leak… until the plumber opened the line and dragged out THIS nightmare.
Five years ago, I removed all the old bushes out front because their roots were invading the plumbing. The bushes are long gone — but their roots apparently decided to retire inside my pipes.
And because Florida never misses a chance to Florida, this root mass wasn’t alone. It had palmetto bugs living in it like it was a luxury high‑rise.
If you ever have plumbing work done, ask them to check for root intrusion. You never know what’s growing — or crawling — in there until it’s already causing trouble.
Home maintenance here is basically its own ecosystem.
I highly recommend "Trust Rooter," specifically their plumber Raymond Plinkington for a fine job on my plumbing.

It is always nice to be able to write a good review. This is the second time we used Trust Rooter and we were more than pleased. Their plumber Jose Fuenntes is a tradesman who is a craftsman. The installation of our Moen Flo valve required some creative pipe work. Jose did a very professional job. He was also as always very pleasant to work with. They do get my recommendation for a good job at a fair price.

Lee, from Trust Trust Rotter was great. He arrived exactly on time. I had a clogged kitchen hose. The problem was perfectly fixed. The price was very reasonable. Would use this company again, and certainly recommend them to friends and family. A+++. Thank You.

Don't believe I've ever had such good service from a plumber! Robin was on time, professional and thorough. He not only discovered the problem and repaired it, he gave me a specific run down of how it happened and how it could be avoided in the future. It doesn't get any better than that!!

We called this morning because our sink was clogged, and they were able to come out the same day, giving us a clear service window between 9–11 a.m., which we really appreciated. Manuel arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. Our sink was working again right away, and the whole process was quick and efficient. Great, timely service. I called after hours for a leak in the garage near the washer and dryer. The answering service answered my call promptly, took my information and had someone call me very quickly. Had several problems with drainage and the toilet. All my issues were solved in a very timely manner. The technician, Leo and his assistant, was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Lee was our plumber and he did a great job unclogging our main sewer line. We have also asked him to comeback and replace our toilet. He was very nice! Also they were able to schedule our appointment very quickly.

As the manager of several rentals, I depend on having quality vendors who not only get the job done, but respond quickly. Trust Rooter is our go to plumber. Robin's team is great. They respond quickly, arrive on time and are keep us in the loop on all jobs. Dealing with buildings constructed in the 1960s, we have had big jobs and simple ones. I could probly check all the repair boxes. Today Marvin was here for a simple clog, 15ft down the drain pipe. Job was done quickly, and no mess was left behind.

Terrific company needed them on a Sunday during the super bowl. Came out at 1:00 in the afternoon done by 2:00. Really fair price. Great service. Our tech was Tim and he was fantastic. Personable hard-working. Definitely recommend five stars.
