Anthony was fantastic. He was very kind, patient, & knowledgeable. He explained all of my options, offered quotes, and showed me how everything works. I feel so much more comfortable owning my home with the knowledge Anthony gave me.

Call this joke of a company up. They came out in a couple hours. Told them the problem and the kid quoted $1170 to do the job. I said that kid of expensive for a toilet backup. Then he said I can call in to the service manager and he will go to $700. I said no thanks. I went to home depot and got a plunger. Cost me $15 and it was fixed. I will not recommend this company at all. They see where u live and the prices go way up. Shop around cuz it might be an easy fix. Where is the honesty in these businesses. The kid never even looked at the job. Just looking for a fool to pay those prices.

First call .. A friendly voice answered phone.. Determining what I needed as soon as possible gave me a window and continually updated me when my repair man would be there

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I was in a bind with a leaking toilet at my grandmother's house and they were out to her house within an hour and a half of my initial call in, and I received a text with his ETA and photo. The technician, Spencer, was polite, professional, and extremely courteous. A masterclass in customer service. Thank you guys again!

I had the amazing pleasure of having Shammah Francois serviced my central AC After, he throughly explained what needed to be done he proceeded and did what needed to be done to return the AC unit back to optimum performance. Shammah went above and beyond my expectations.

Despite his team being tied up on other jobs the morning I needed a professional, Marc went out of his way to make my situation a priority without hesitation. He arrived within 1.5 hours of making the call, instantly stopped the leak, and provided a timely (and very affordable) repair estimate.

They were able to come the same day and in the time frame that they said they would. The tech was also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was also very kind, patient and understanding when I had to have him explain some things multiple times because let’s face it, I am not an AC technician and some things were just not clicking the first time. I will definitely use them again.

Joey arrived on time and quickly resolved the two plumbing issues that had prompted my call. He is personable and professional. Communication was excellent.

My water heater rusted through and leaked from the bottom. I called Mainline and they send out their tech shortly. He suggested that the leak could have come from the AC unit above the tank to which I replied that if that was the case then the water wouldn't just be pooled in the water heater drip pan but it would be all over the place. Bottom line is that the water heater did need to be replaced. I asked the tech to help contain the leak until the replacement so that it would not flood my neighbor's unit below me so he turned off power and water supply but because he left water in the tank, it continued to leak and my friend and I ended up draining it on our own and prevented a lot of damage. The tech ended up quoting me $1850 excluding tax. This was the cheaper option of the two he gave me and this is for a 28 gal water heater. I ended up hiring Pompa Plumbing who did not leave me with a leaky tank and charged me less for the exact same job, parts, and warranty.

Chase did an amazing job checking my house for a Gas Leak and then pin pointing the problem and shutting down the gas to my front lanterns. He was very pleasant and professional ! Highly recommend his services.

I used their air conditioning and electrical installation service, and it was excellent—very professional and efficient. The electrician, Mr. David, was very dedicated to his work, making sure everything was done perfectly!

Their technicians are useless. Kelly is rude and you never hear back from the owner. They come, give the wrong diagnoses, and give an outrageous quote. When I got a second opinion from another company they said they misdiagnosed the issue and the quote went from $1400 to $250. I had recommended them to all my business partners. Before i had a chance to tell them, one of them hired them and paid through the nose for something that should have been 1/2 the price.

I will never use them again. I already sent out an alert to my buddies.

Ozeik my technician came today and replaced my kitchen sink. He gets five stars, he was friendly, polite and he cleaned up. He did an Awesome job my new sink looks great! Will definitely request him next time.

Asked to have someone come over to give me a price on installing a compressor for my a/c. Said he would be there between 12 and 4. Waited all afternoon and never showed or bothered to call. When I called, woman said she would have the manager call me. Never did. So much for caring about a potentially new customer. Guess I'll call someone who cares.

Great Communication . I am out of the country and they took care of everything remotely. All permitting with City Of Hollywood was done flawlessly . Kudos to Hollywood City government for their upgrade with the permitting process

The technician Greg Cleaver and associate were able to fix our issue with the toilet. They were professional throughout the process. Nice clean up after the toilet was placed back . I would highly recommend Mainline Plumbing.

We were pleased with the work Richie did at our home. He handled a variety of electrical issues — from troubleshooting wiring problems and updating outlets to installing new fixtures — all with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail.

What a rip off. Do not use them unless you like getting scammed out of your money. I was charged $550.00 to snake a clogged drain. Never again will I do business with these CROOKS!!!
