Trust Rooter and the guy they sent out (Marvin), were great. Easy to get in contact with and showed up within the scheduled window. Marvin was very pleasant and courteous. He explained what my options were and how they differed and gave me quotes for both.
He did the job which involved going up on the roof and he was efficient and effective and left the property as he found it. I’m very pleased.

Had to get my home pipes jetted, and Jose and Manuel made it happen. I shopped around for pricing beforehand, and not only was their work excellent, but their customer service was just as impressive. Plumbing isn’t cheap, and repairs can feel daunting, especially in today’s economy, but they were upfront, reasonable, and didn’t overcharge or price gouge like I’ve experienced elsewhere. Jetting the pipes is an investment in the longevity of the home, and as new homeowners my best friend and I really appreciated how quickly and fairly they resolved the issue. It was gnarly to see what came through those pipes but so glad it’s out. While I hope not to have issues in the future, I’ll absolutely reach out again in the future and highly recommend their services. Thanks so much!

Excellent service ! Arrived first thing in the morning. Was given a window time frame from telephone person the day before. Garrett arrived soon after the window started which was much appreciated because I didn’t have to wait for hours. He communicated to let me know 30 min before his arrival time. He thoroughly went through all my plumbing concerns. He charged a fair price. He worked efficiently and had my water turned on as soon as he finished. He used state of the art technology ( a pipe presser) instead of torching it. The finished product was much better than what I had before. He changed a main valve and 2 other outdoor valves/ spigots. I am very happy with the finished product ! I definitely would recommend Garrett and Mainline for any plumbing job.

I had a great experience with Mainline. They replace my aging electrical panel and installed a tankless water heater for me. The electrician and plumber that did the installation were extremely professional and completed the job well. Kenny in the office was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them.

House was flooding and called around trying to get someone out asap. Was surprised to not only have a contractor keep me updated on their arrival but arrive as quickly and with the urgency that made me feel better immediately.
Once there, was given a complete walkthrough of what work was needed, what work was optional and best options.
The work done was exactly as promised, was done in the timeframe and cost proposed and they even did extra not asked or charged for.

I reached out to Mainline about getting a second opinion on a compressor fan motor running high amperage. It was really easy to get an appointment. “Shama ” texted in advance of call and showed me the electrical readings for the compressor and fan motor. His interactions with me were a combination of thoroughly-professional and cordial. I believe that Mainline is truly customer-focused; I am comfortable dealing with both their field folks and the office folks who are keeping me apprised of the schedule for pending wok.

I had a clogged toilet and my son called Mainline, big mistake, I had to sign for $1,048.97 before he started the job!
He had to remove the toilet and snake the pipe, when he finished he just sat the toilet on the same wax ring and old caulking, DID NOT CAULK IT BACK!!
Had to get a real plumber to redo!!
WARNING: Get in writing entire scope of job, another valuable and expensive lesson learned .
