Carl R. was awesome. He was prompt and respectful. He waited until we got home because we had a baby and dog in the house and even greeted our grandmother who was there. He was efficient and thorough and answered all of our questions with clarity. He even helped us find our city water meter which was under grass (we just moved). Although we ended up not going with John the Plumber, we really appreciated Carl coming out and helping us understand our situation better.

We had an issue at our school that required a skilled and dependable plumber, and Mike from John the Plumber went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment he arrived, he was patient, yet absolutely relentless in troubleshooting the problem until it was fully resolved.

Mike took the time to clearly explain the situation, walk us through each step, and remain completely transparent and honest throughout the entire process. His communication was outstanding—he kept us informed at every stage so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.

My experience from start to finish with Mr. Anthony Flores was most pleasureable. Including the lady who initially took our phone call. Price was on par for work completed by a Licensed & Insured corporation. My wife & I have been educated recently that too many companies of all trades in Florida are neither Licensed or Insured. Amazing service from the moment I called . I spoke with Renee who was so knowledgeable and helpful and scheduled my appointment ASAP. My bathroom plumbing was fixed by Gary and Reece within a couple of hours! They called and let you know who was going to be coming to your house and arrival time was spot on. They came for an estimate and after approval everything was fixed . My shower works the best it ever has. They were courteous and clean. So thankful to them all. If you need a plumber, this is the best place to call. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic plumbing company. Greg fully exceeded our expectations. He showed true professionalism that's very rare these days in that he was committed to doing the job right. The staff, Ashley, Callie and others, that I interacted with in the office addressed all my concerns without judgement or ridiculous procedures (got that from their competitor-long story) and took care of all our condo board requirements without fail. Jon and Gary came out to give us a quote to replace our (very) old hot water heater. They walked us through the process and we went ahead and had it replaced immediately. They were very professional and polite. They had the work done in no time. We always recommended John the plumber. Now we highly recommend Jon and Gary as well.

I had no hot water for two days, and John the Plumber provided excellent service from start to finish. Jason and Nate came out on Christmas Eve, took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, and spent over an hour clearly explaining why a new hot water tank was required. Pricing was discussed upfront and was fair and transparent.

They returned as scheduled to complete the installation and conducted themselves in a highly professional manner throughout. Jason and Nate explained each step of the process clearly, which I greatly appreciated. As someone without technical knowledge of plumbing, I felt fully informed and respected at all times.

Anthony arrived on time. He placed shoe covers on every time he entered our home and removed them each time he exited. He explained everything regarding the repairs we requested, gave us options, and did not try to upsell us! He had all the required parts in his vehicle and completed the repairs efficiently. Very pleased overall!!

Mike installed a new water heater a couple of weeks ago and did a great job, I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall service. However, last Friday I decided I wanted the water hotter. A lady called me to insure I was happy with the install, I mentioned the hotter water, she was so nice and accommodating. She said Mike would be out today and make the adjustment. He called this morning was here fifteen minutes later. I must admit I have not seen this level of polite customer service in a long time.
John the Plumber company have earned my respect and future business. It’s like the good old days. If you need a Plumber save yourself headaches and call them.

Came out quick for a nonemergency issue. Ended up replacing my 22 year old hot water tank. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. Also added on an automatic shut off gadget too and showed me how that works. Great service by John the plumber.

Shane Evans and Gary Brown went above and beyond to assist with an emergency plumbing issue and another call for service. (Camera evaluation of sewer lines, remove and replace PVC cleanout in front of home. Exposing pipe and making a repair up to 4', Pull and reset toilet in hall bathroom). They communicated with me when they were on the way, an estimate of the cost of repairs and provided pictures of the work performed. Renee was also super helpful with the emergency call informing me of the plumber's schedule on a very busy Saturday. Highly recommend John the Plumber!

Jason and his technician were wonderful. They came out and explained what I needed and the different levels of work that could be done including the replacement of the entire toilet if needed. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. The guys were clean, presentable, professional, and very knowledgeable. The cost for the repair was half the price of what some of the other plumbers in the area charge. The work they did is high quality, and I highly recommend John the Plumber.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Trust Rooter on two separate occasions, and both times they delivered outstanding service. In December 2024, Manuel Fagil repaired a leak outside our home quickly and efficiently. More recently, in May 2025, he returned to fix a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Both jobs were handled professionally, and we were especially impressed with how affordable and prompt the service was. The team is friendly, customer service-oriented, and truly reliable. We will absolutely continue using Trust Rooter for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others!

Amazing company, can on time and was very friendly. Walked me through step by step what was wrong and showed me where pipe was cracked . He fixed repair and cleaned up after home self . Left it looking clean as if he was never there . Can’t say enough about how great the service was from dealing with the office to set up appointment to Jose F who came out . We hired Trust Rooter to replace our leaking hot water heater inside our condo. We prescheduled several days ahead of time since we were out of town, and the technician arrived on time within the service window. He did great/fast work replacing our water heater and changing a broken valve. He noted a few code-compliant updates he made, which I also appreciated. He was very kind and professional, and also worked while my kids were being loud nearby, which is not easy/fun. The hot water heater is working well and we have no complaints there.

The issue that arose after TR left was in our bathroom. I immediately found a new crack on our toilet base. The technician asked ahead of time to use the toilet to drain the hot water heater, which I consented to. I know this is a new crack because I had just previously cleaned/wiped the toilet before he came. We called the company to report the issue and after a lot of back and forth, they claim there is no way their work could have cracked the toilet. I also do not want to make any false claims, but I definitely know that the toilet was not cracked before Trust Rooter arrived. TR was very friendly and respectful while we discussed the complaint and offered a small discount (see below) to replace the toilet, but we chose to go another route for replacing the toilet as we have lost trust in TR.

EDIT: the offer to replace to toilet was 20% off the toilet cost and 40% off labor.

Called in the morning and they sent Jose within an hour. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. Even my dog loved him! I’ll definitely use this company again.

I had a leak underground near my water meter outside that city said was my responsibility. Robin at Trust Rooter responded quickly to my online request for service on a Sunday evening and explained my options. I opted to wait until Monday morning to avoid $150 after hours emergency fee. Very good communication via text and email to confirm my appointment. Tech texted me directly with ETA. He showed up shortly after 9AM for 9-11AM service window. Manuel was polite and professional. He showed me the pre-set prices on his phone for the job. One price for minor leak and higher price for major leak depending on what he found after he dug up the pipe underground, so I agreed in advance and knew what I was in for before he started the work. He finished the job quickly and showed me the broken pipe he removed and photos of the work he did underground. He covered the spot he dug up nicely and put the patch of grass back on top. I was charged the lower price for a minor leak and able to pay via credit card (tap to pay) on his phone. He gave me his card when he was leaving. So happy to have water back on again!
