Very dissapointed with this company. We had a bad toilet clog and after trying to unclog the technician said the only solution was cutting the wall. He did not want to remove the toilet. I paid the visit and he left fixing nothing.
Same day later, I called another plumber and he removed the toilet and fixed the problem.
The company was suppose to call me the give me an estimate of a tank valve and they never called me.
A very bad experience.

I am very happy with Florida Tropical Plumbing. Very quick response to my phone call. Justin set up an appointment to fix my leak for the next day (other companies gave me a wait time of about a week). Technician Joe arrived on time, quickly identified the cause of the leak, and repaired it. Very professional and neat. 100% PRO. I recommend this company!

Horrible Experience! They installed the water heater and didn't notice that the shut off valve was leaking. I had to call them because I hadn't heard from anyone to inspect it - 3 times! Justin apparently "forgot" - at least twice! Finally the inspector came a couple of months after it was installed and saw the leak. In fairness, they did come back and fix the leak right away, and it was re-inspected. I called Justin for the paperwork again 3 times, and finally called Pompano beach directly and they sent it to me immediately. If you want to be frustrated and call the owner over and over again after paying them $1800+, this is your guy!

As someone who doesn’t live in Florida full-time and recently purchased a condo in the Pompano Beach area, imagine my surprise when I received a call from the condo association notifying me of a water issue. Not having a local plumber on speed dial, I wasn’t sure who to call. The association recommended Florida Tropical — and I’m so glad they did.

From my very first call through payment, the Florida Tropical team kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, communication, and efficiency made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth.

They are truly a top-notch company, and I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family in the area.

Not sure how their reviews are so high unless they paying people to leave them. Tried to charge 850$ to snake two toilets for 10 minutes. Office manager tried to tell me they have a higher overhead than other companies so need to charge 10x what the price should be. Call around to other plumbers aren’t trying to rip you off.

Excellent service! Shane was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to fix my plumbing problem and provided suggestions to improve the existing set-up. Shane worked quickly and left the worksite cleaner than when he arrived.

Gary and Jonathan are absolutely rockstars! They came out the very same day and fixed my refrigerator line (brought it up to code). I would 10/10 recommend them and this company.

John the Plumber technician Bladimir was terrific! He went above and beyond, as usual! He has been to the house several times and each time he has done his job and then some. Today he not only replaced the cartridge in my shower handle, he also cleaned the aerator screen on the showerhead! This is an example of going above and beyond as Bladimir does! Thank you, Bladimir!

Greg Lavin was the best plumber I’ve ever had work on my house. He was courteous, professional and meticulous with his installation of our home water heater.

James was awesome and John the Plumber got someone out within an hour. This was a very late call but James showed up quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

I want to leave a review for John, a plumber. The job they came to do at my house was not completed. The office keeps calling to charge me, even though the work was unfinished. They never sent a new technician, and I have sent text messages, emails, and made calls for a week with no response. Today, after I called the office, they told me they cannot send a technician to finish the job unless I pay the invoice first—but the job was not finished. I am completely frustrated and dissatisfied.

Also, I’m a called John the plumber for a clog and we replaced three toilets in one day. Awesome job. Great repair man. Thank you for the quick response.

Jason Lemieux is caring and understanding, patient and respectful. He found quick solutions to our problems with our gas Bradford White water heater. Wish I could say as much for Bradford White, which I gather — from my readings and from my personal experience — is not very good in the area of consumer support. We wound up having to purchase a new water heater, which we didn’t expect to have to buy. Nevertheless, Jason was most helpful in restoring hot water to our home.

Dealing with my technician was a pleasure. He was friendly, funny and clearly knew what he was doing. The repair was seamless, even though the City Of Boca Raton did not cooperate fully. Will definitely use John The Plumber again.
