Great store that is actually wanting to help when you need some expert advice.

Great group of guys work there, I'm not a plumber but anytime I go in for parts or tools they are always helpful and tons of experience.

Here's the deal. If you have a job you think may be tricky, you've got two choices. You could just chancevit aaaand it'll 'prolley' work out well...OR go to Nolan and book it DONE ! !

Dan provides excellent customer service. He goes out of his way to help with finding parts needed to get my jobs done.

I had hoped this would be my new go-to supply house after being aggravated by lack of service elsewhere. However, this last trip I went straight there to buy all the dwv fittings for a new bathroom addition and was shocked at the cost which was twice the Depot price, and I hate The Home Depot. So I returned it and was treated like I was wasting their time. Like I really wanted to blow 4 hrs rebuying and returning stuff I needed. But we're talking about the difference between $300 and $150. And they still screwed up the return and shorted me $5 after doing it twice and charging me 15% restocking fee for wasting my time. Don't need to walk back in there.

Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. I was in a Bad spot until I walked into this plumbing supply store. Thank you

If you’re looking for a plumbing service company, I highly recommend this company. They were attentive, professional, and their services exceeded our expectations.

Have been using them since building our first Boca home in the early '80's where Bill and crew did all our plumbing start to finish. From emergency water heater replacement to plumbing several more houses, changing out old fixtures for updating, and locating under slab leaks, we always rely on his experience and no nonsense service work when the need arises. They also service our commercial property, so we have to know there will be someone coming when an issue arises. Tested over time and timely when called. Great service and a shout out to "Joey" of the crew!

Just had all the master bath fixtures replaced with Kohler brushed gold contemporary style ones, March 2026, including our Roman tub platform mounted fixture. Their great tech, Joey, arrived, numerous boxes to carry in, got to work, efficiently setting all parts out, making sure the special orders had arrived with everything there. Had to remove all the 20 plus year old corroded fixtures with really nice new sleekly designed replacements and it looks so nice. Don't hesitate to take care of your long awaited change out or update. Give them a call. It's a good feeling with a job well done!
