The technician found the problem and resolved it right away. The details of the repair were explained thoroughly on the work order. I didn't do a price comparison with other companies, but the cost was higher than I expected. I continue to use Conner Plumbing because they always give me an honest, fair estimate of needed service.

We have used many plumbing companies owning a home for over 55 years & Conner Plumbing Inc. is the best company so far we have used. From the first phone call to taking care of our repair the very next day they were very willing to solve our problem. From office staff & the owner very polite helpful & professional as well as Jeff the plumber that installed our hot water heater. Jeff was on time very neat, knowledgeable, friendly & got the job done in a timely manner. Connor Plumbing also repiped all our water lines in our home . All the installers were very professional, knowledgeable, neat & friendly. They do things the right way. Out of all the companies we called.they were the only company that pulled a permit as code, requires. Connor Plumbing company treats the staff as family which is extended to us customers. They deserve more than a Five Star rating.

Great service and friendly workers. I called the owner (Jason) early on Saturday morning and he couldn't have been more helpful. Cory came right away solved my problem and even helped me clean up. Conner plumbing has done work for me in the past and Cory, Tom and Juan are very courteous and do an excellent job. This is the place to call for plumbing services.

Corey did a water main valve replacement in my condo. It required moving out washer, dryer and water heater, then drilling into the wall. Huge job, took all day, but man..what an outstanding result! Corey clearly is committed to quality and service. His attention to the drywall repair, even at the end of a long day, was amazing. Tested washer and dryer - both reconnected properly and functional. And the laundry room looks 1000% better than before he got there! Shop vac works wonders. Lastly, everyone else I spoke with during this repair were super friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Conner Plumbing and will be using them again soon for some faucet replacements!

Today I had Juan come to fix some plumbing problems. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. Efficient, friendly, cleaned up after his work, explained everything to me so I would know what was going on, felt more than safe with him (for the single women out there). He is trustworthy and you can tell he speaks honestly giving you all the information he possibly can. I called the office and told them for future appointments I only want Juan. He is the best. Great work.

I thought Connor Plumbing was excellent. You could walk right in and speak with the owner and made me feel very comfortable. They obtained the necessary permit through the city and coordinated everything with me and came out and replaced my hot water heater. The technician Jeff came out and did a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend Connor Plumbing and certain they would do an extra job for you.

Conner plumbing sent Juan out almost a year ago to replace my old water heater and the attached copper pipes. Juan was very friendly and did a great job!
This week I had a grey water drain obstruction/back-up. Conner plumbing sent Jeff and another associate, I apologize for not remembering their name. Both were very respectful and resolved the issue quickly! As an aside, if you have plumbing needs and have an appreciation for quality aquamarine, you will definitely want to meet Jeff. His eyes and friendly demeanor will melt your soul.
In both instances, the price for services were competitive for a reliable and trustworthy organization with very fast response times.

We always have such a great experience when we use Conner Plumbing. We’ve had the same plumber, Corey for the last few visits. He has done an amazing job for us both big and small! Today he fixed our faucet and some plumbing in our kitchen. A few months ago he helped to plumb our new bathroom remodel. He is very kind and always does a great job explaining what he will be doing. We have used Conner Plumbing for 20 plus years at the Lauderdale Tennis Club. I called Conner because one of our two commodes was not flushing properly. I spoke with Nicole and she immediately arranged for someone to come out the next day (Friday) to help me. Friday morning, I receive an early call from Nicole and she asked if I could delay my appointment to Monday because the company was responding to a plumbing emergency elsewhere. I told her yes, Monday would be fine. Saturday afternoon, our second toilet also became a problem. It would not evacuate the water in the bowl when flushed. Now both toilets were troublesome. I sent a text to Nicole and told her that now both house commodes were not working and that it appeared to me there must be a blockage somewhere preventing water from clearing both commodes. I spoke with Nicole Monday morning and Nicole explained that she would rearrange my now scheduled afternoon appointment to the morning and that someone would be coming out and determine what our plumbing issues were. About 9:30 a.m Corey arrived and quickly determined there was a blockage in the lines and if I wished him to use his camera and heavy snake to correct the problem and of course, I agreed. Corey then proceeded to locate the blockage and cleared it and solved our plumbing issue. I'd like to thank Nicole, Corey, and Conner Plumbing for their quick actions to solve our plumbing problems.

Paul provided outstanding service. After I discovered water gushing out of our water heater early in the morning, I called him, and he responded immediately. He was able to come out the same day and quickly installed a new water heater without any hassle. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected. I’m very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
