Reviews of local pros in Pompano Beach, Florida

Great job at our condo trimming our 180+ trees. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. They responded quickly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Their drivers will try to hit your car and run you off the road!!!

Great company, the guys knew what they were doing while trimming the trees, they were nice and courtrous.

Horrible, run call somebody else don't use this company don't use maximum Pest Control don't use threlkel Botanicals or dias Brothers or Jim threlkel florist & foliage they are all the same owner or in-laws of each other and they're absolutely horrible in my opinion

On time, quick, and left the site clean. I’ll only use this company for my tree trimming because of their professionalism.

I’ve worked with this company for many years and they’ve always shown exemplary professionalism, always performing their services in a timely manner. And the quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service - Huge palm close to my house was removed without damage to house (that was my concern) and cleaned up nicely. Will definitely use them again.

Jonathan, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable about his line of work. He and his crew did an amazing job with my trees and I would highly recommend!

What an amazing crew! Mark the foreman really shows his experience in the tree industry for this company! There is no job Sherlock Tree Company can’t handle!

Sherlock Tree Company trims and prunes our large tree every year!
They are excellent tree arborist and are very professional and a good value too!

Good experience on a very short noticed. I do recommend hiring to anyone that’s looking for a short notice work. The only issue I had was that were a few branches and twigs that I feel could have been cleaned out with the blower from my roof.

Your work on clearing around my neighbors and limbs hanging over the wires into my yard was not a very good job. Left uncut branches, and the main limb that was intruding on the cable wires was not even cut. Seemed to be a younger crew that was more interested in getting out quickly than doing the job right. My neighbor and I cut the worst branch that was laying across the cable wires. Not impressed.

I called and spoke with the owner Jonathan and scheduled my palm tree trimming. The crew was very professional and did a great job. They showed up on time and there were no problems. I would definitely recommend using them .

Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job on our multi-level, complex ocean-front property. He was communicative, receptive and all around accommodating with our very specific needs and requests. It has been a pleasure working with him and we will continue to do so in the coming years

We have used Sherlock Tree's services for years and have always been impressed with their quality or work and amazing customer service!

Sherlock Tree and Josh, their arborist can be counted on when the communities I manage have tree issues. Josh has come through in emergencies and special circumstances, as well as the scheduled or normal tree issues. Sherlock has truly come above and beyond many times. Thank you!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, try calling the company to get someone to answer. No answer after multiple attempts and called after business hours. Finally, after two hours a call was returned. Second, I have never seen an employee give attitude to a home owner when your guys are trespassing on my property. There was no reason to be on the property when the tree they were looking to cut could be accessed without going onto residential property. Your employee opened my gate, shimmed his way past my boat and entered my property without approval. Then gave attitude to my wife when asked to leave and said “when I cut tree down I leave on your yard, I no pick it up.” I just thought you would like to know what your employees are doing. I asked your secretary to have you call me. Please do so, so we can figure out what to do with the damage your guy did to my trees.

Service recieved by Sherlock Tree Company was excellent.
Very cordial and eager to serve the best way possible. Will contact again every time i need any tree services

Worst company that I have ever dealt with by far. They were recommended to me by my landscaper. I waited 2 months for them to come out and trim a large tree in my back yard. After last year, I was not taking any chances with the trees. I specifically met with their manager prior to discuss the price and exactly what I needed done. Only about 60% of the work was actually finished. Half the time their employees smoked cigarettes and laid around in my back yard. At the end of the day I was told that my quote was only for one (1) days work and that I would have to pay extra. Also was told that the manager is not a certified arborist and that he did not quote properly. I now have to hire another company to finish the job. STAY AWAY.

I recently hired Sherlock to remove 5 coconut palms in my backyard. We were amazed at how efficient and clean the job was done! You wont find better service than these guys. Highly recommend them for any landscaping need.
