Technician was late to appointment. Reason for visit was to get a quote for some duct work for one of my rooms only. Tech pushed for A/C change out and all new duct work. Never received quote. I suppose since we were not interested in a big install he was not interested in quoting or doing the lesser work. I would not recommend.

I can’t recommend François enough! My AC stopped working during a heatwave, and François came to the rescue. He was punctual, professional, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also explained everything clearly and offered tips to keep the system running smoothly. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to François, my home is cool again, and I’ll definitely be calling him for any future needs!

January 16th 2025 installed a New Evaporator Couldn't 2 Unit. As always Beat the Heat is the Absolutely Best Service around. Thank U again. Requested and approved an estimate for a new A/C unit. Ended up getting a bigger one and more expensive one (around $1,000 more) in July 2025. As of today (10/04/25), the paperwork with the City was not completed and can't get an answer from the company.
On 01/22/26 Beat the Heat finished the paperwork for the unit installed in July 2025. They will not get my business again.

I called for a free quote to replace a condo AC unit. Iles called me back immediately, scheduled an appointment for the next evening and showed up on time. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. I received a written quote; which I am still reviewing. I just wanted to write that I was very impressed with the professionalism and quick response.
UPDATE: I called on Thursday to schedule the purchase and install of a new AC and water heater for the following week. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. They arrived on time and installed both quickly and efficiently. They were quiet, quick and neat. I now have beautiful and efficient units. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Mr. Francois and his team are very professional and they show a great deal of care. They were mindful of the issues that we were experiencing and they did everything to help alleviate our problem with the air conditioner unit and to get it working again.

Very good job guys. I can as usual recommend beat the heat to anyone who wants a serious company with a wonderful team to resolve his or her AC problem. Yesterday my family and I wasn't able to sleep because of the very high temperature in the house however, when I come back from work today, after a new compressor installation, l can't resist to the cold in the house. I am freezing and now under a comforter.

Excellent company. I called them because of a leaking on my AC unit. Francois the owner came himself came to the property and did an outstanding job. They offer same day service and on weekends. I would recommend this business to my families and friends.

Awesome service! Francois came to my property and was professional and pleasant. Its my first place on my own and he educated me on my unit and how to handle and care for it. On a side note, I needed help with my dryer machine and he helped me out with it, which was unnecessary but also very kind.
