Thank God for Beat The Heat. I went on Vacation for 2 weeks, while I was away my AC went out. I returned on Sunday 05/25/25 to a very hot house. Uncertainty on who to call due to being the weekend and Monday being a holiday. Another AC guy referred me to Beat The Heat and within minutes I received a phone call stating that they are on their way to look at my AC. Jennot came right away to my rescue along with his Nephew what such pleasant guys.
I must say they worked miracles for me. They installed a brand new unit outside and inside within a couple of hours. What a great relief it was on top of that his brother came off of his vacation for a couple of hours to assist them. I was very impressed they gave up their holiday to make sure I was comfortable.

François and his team went above and beyond when they came to my home to clean out the air ducts, ensuring my pregnant wife and I had the cleanest air possible. From start to finish, their efficiency and professionalism were top-notch.

Horrible experience. They are very unprofessional. I was quoted one price then the next month the price for the same quote went up an extra $1395 dollars when I was finally ready for the service. When they arrived they kept asking me how was I going to pay. On top of all that after they replaced my air condition when it started to rain my roof started leaking from where they installed it. I called them they came out and fixed part of the leak next week it was leaking again. I called them again they complained that it was not their fault. My roof is covered by my hoa so when the hoa roofer came out he said it’s exactly their fault. After I told them the hoa would be calling them next then they decided to come back out and fix what they already did. But now my roof is leaking again and at this point I will have hoa deal with them. Save your money time and hassle and choose a better company
