Although he worked under the blazing sun and humid temperature, he took time doing his inspection and performing his adjustments while keeping me in the loop with explanations and helpful suggestions about keeping my unit efficient. I am pleased to single out Erik as one of your best service technicians. I rate him a 6 out of 5.

Our technician was on time, very polite and respectful and completed the expected service. He cleaned up the work area. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent, professional on time services by the Sears technician. The dispenser, module, ice & water Frigidaire refrigerator part did take awhile to arrive but well worth the wait 🙂.

Excellent service from the technician when he finally arrived. Unfortunately waiting from 8am until 5:30pm (he arrived 5:15) is entirely unfair. A more timely and accurate notification system would make for a better experience. The “How much did you pay” question doesn’t make sense because I have a service contract with $100.00 deductible. Not sure if I’ll renew my service contract.

Currently, I have a warranty service plan with AHS. And recently my washer suspension system failed. At my surprise a Sears technician came to do the repair. I was very surprised and happy to have a Sears representative do the repairs. However, just a couple of reasons that could have made his professional service become 5-star. One, he did not have or wear any shoe covers when he entered my home. I expected that as part of a professional team. I considered it usual and customary. And definitely expected it from a Sears repair person. No big deal, but certainly it gave a reason to pause. Secondly, when the service was completed, he asked for my electronic signature of a blank form. I had no knowledge of what I was signing. In addition, I had to request testing the washer prior to his leaving. All of that being said, he was punctual, friendly, professional and did the job. The areas I mentioned are important and should be requested should you receive service of any type. NEVER SIGN A BLANK FORM and ALWAYS REQUEST TO ENSURE YOUR PRODUCT IS REPAIRED AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED. As for the shoe covers ... it's just a courtesy.
