These gentlemen were awesome. They came out about a week ago and had to put some freon in the system. That worked for a couple of days and then the a/c froze up again. They came back out today, and had to replace the inside unit. They had the old unit out and the new one in, in under 3 hours! Great job. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Top Notch!

This is our second time using Top Notch and they didn't disappoint. This time they cleaned and serviced our air ducts. Arrived on time, provided a great service and appreciated they did a great clean-up. Highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The gentleman were extremely professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Vincent is the man you want to call for service.

I contacted 4 different companies to evaluate the need for repair/replacement of my ductwork. One company quoted me over $18,000 and did not even look in the attic. The second company quoted me $7000 and said they would replace everything and it would be amazing. The third company offered me the same for about $4000. Top Notch A/C Services looked at my ductwork and because it was so hard to crawl through my attic asked for me to create a scuttle hole so he could better evaluate. After accomplishing that, he looked in my attic and found my duct work not only to be in good condition because it is metal, but if I wanted to replace it, would never be as good because of the tight areas and hard dive points required to access the vent needed areas. He just moved a vent for me and added a 2nd vent to my bedroom. He was going to clean my ducts, but told me it would cause more damage that help because of the way the vents were originally installed. Any other company would take your money and do a job that was not needed/helpful. I will only use VICTOR from Top Notch A/C Services moving forward. So honest. It is refreshing. Vincent and his son Steven were on time and cleaned my clothes dryer vent throughly and even replaced my bent hose at no charge. Very courteous and most important reasonable 👏 I would definitely recommend them.

Vincent came out over a year ago and cleaned my AC Ducts. He was nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable. I thought that he did a good job, from what I could tell, so I left a good review. I have a home warranty that covers most things related to my AC but I planned to use him for anything that would not be covered. I called him a few weeks ago for repeat business due to having an AC leak that required coil cleaning. He came out and cleaned the coils. This time was a little different then before. He repeatedly expressed his distrust and the poor service that home warranty companies provided and he told me that my AC needed to be replaced. Other then, getting a little older in age, he did not point out any problem with the AC unit that would require it to be replaced. The leak improved for about a week. I contacted my home warranty company to figure out what was going on with my AC unit because Vincent cleaned the coils so there must have been another problem. They said that the coils needed to be more thoroughly cleaned. I didn't believe them because I believed that Vincent did the job that I paid him to do so I had an independent company to come out and tell me what was wrong with my AC unit. They said that the unit was in good condition but that the coils needed to be cleaned. They said that whoever cleaned it did not take it apart or thoroughly clean it. They showed me the dirt and debris that was on the coils. I called Vincent immediately to tell him what these two different companies were saying about the coils that he had just cleaned. He said that he would come back out and reclean the coils. We scheduled for last Saturday. He told me to call him in the morning to confirm the 12 noon time that we set. I called and texted and he has yet to respond or answer. He has yet to reclean my coils. I ended up calling the independent company to come out and reclean my coils behind him. They showed me all of the stuff that Vincent left behind. I no longer trust or recommend Vincent with Top Notch AC Services.

I had an issue on a Saturday, hot outside, a/c not working. Called at 3:18 pm Vincent arrived at 4:10pm. Very professional, answered all my questions, great price for a Saturday afternoon call. Everything up and running. I've been in FL 40yrs. hard to find good service people who aren't in it just for the money. Vincent is a great find highly recommend.
