We had the AC unit replaced on the 03 deck of the USCGC Ingham Memorial Museum Ship. The customer service of Aura America was excellent. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit was perfect. The technicians were friendly and very professional.

Even though it was very late and the techs were clearly exhausted from a long day, the Aura serviceman spent the time and found the unusual problem that the previous HVAC company assigned by American Home Shied both misdiagnosed and lied about in order to deny the claim. I am blown away by the honesty and integrity of Aura and they earned my highest recommendation. Bravo ! 👏

Amazing customer service. Anytime you call them they answer you quick. They have a great team from scheduling appointments to technicians. Bogdan, the technician who serviced my AC, was especially impressive. He not only resolved the issue quickly but also took the time to inspect the system for any potential problems to ensure everything was running smoothly. His honesty and professionalism truly stood out.

I will admit I was not very happy going a week without an A/C. Leah I believe was her name the receptionist. She was so pleasant and patient when I was venting about them having to come back out because my air still wasn't working. Thank you Leah for trying to rectify the problem. I was very pleased with the tech they sent to my home today. Bohdan was very professional he answered all my questions and did his job well. My unit looked brand new after he cleaned it thanks Bohdan 👍🏾

The service advisor was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He checked each aspect of the system as there were a number of problems, got the blower working and made a submission to the warranty company to cover and order either the parts for the compressor or a new compressor.

These guys are amazing! My AC unit died, and they replaced it in just one day. I appreciate the great job they did and highly recommend their services.

wow the technician matthew they sent me was the most knowledgeable person i ever dealt with and he really took his time to explain to me the issues that I was having with the evaporator coil. Although I was having a bad time dealing with the warranty company american home shield, Aura was like top knotch service. In the future I will be using them and referring them because I think their service was so good. He even pointed out a few things that the last AC guy did incorrectly which I was very grateful for. He was working really hard and fast so I made him some Mango Water and I was thinking to myself "gee whoever owns this company needs to know how good this employee is" - he didn't ask for a review like all the companies usually do so I felt like it was much deserved that I give him this 5 star review. Thanks for all your help!

From beginning to end, from the conversation I’ve had with Jeff about the systems that were available to Me Me. He guided us in the right direction. He was kind, courteous, and took his time to explain the products, the pros and the cons. We ended up getting a Daikin one system, and this what felt right for us we live in Key West, Florida, can be the hottest place on earth depending what time of year you’re here, but we are hanging beef tonight Jeff and his A team, came in at 8 o’clock in the morning and it’s 6 o’clock at night. We were hanging beef again. Thank you, Jeff and your crew, the A-Team, for all that you’ve done for me and my family and we greatly appreciate it And if we had to do it all over Again, we do it the same way. I hired Aura America HVAC LLC to repair both of my HVAC units—one on the first floor and one on the second floor. After their service, neither unit is fixed. I expected professional, reliable work, but instead I am left with the same problems I had before. Communication was poor, and the service did not meet even basic expectations. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this company.

Very reliable and excellent technicians, Alex and Matthews were both were excellent. Mix was also excellent in scheduling the repairs.

Both workers were very hard-working and completed the task in a few hours.
They were left alone in the house, and we were very well respectful of the household, cleaning everything and making sure that everything worked.

I've hired Aura America several times for service at different properties I own or manage, and I have to say, these guys deliver! Every tech they've assigned to me has been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I ordered a service call yesterday for an AC not cooling. The technician Matthew arrived promptly after texting me that he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem with a burnt capacitor wire which he replaced. Matthew also gave me some helpful pointers on how to prolong the life of the unit. I definitely recommend Aura America 100% ! 💯
