It’s so nice to find a repair company with such a high level of service. Omar is great. He’s very knowledgeable, reliable and respectful. I’ve used him for my dad’s condo many times, and he always comes through. Referred him to my sister today, and he already got the job done. Highly recommend!

Omar and his team were fantastic! They were able to take care of my issue within an hour of me calling. A+++ service

Omar was Great!!! I called on a Sunday with an AC not cooling issue. Hoping that he would make it out by Monday or Tuesday, he made an exception and came that same day to spare us from the 97 degree weather ahead. He knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced. I would definately recommend his services.

Omar is very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended him to all my family and friends and they all say the same thing.

Received prompt, courteous service today. Thank you, Omar.

Omar is a great a/c technician. He offers the best service I've ever had. I call him in the evening when I need my a/c serviced and he shows up the next morning. His prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend Elite Air Conditioning & Construction to anyone in need of reliable a/c service.

Omar and his team are simply amazing. At time when other company will try to take advantage of their customers, Elite Air is truly a breath of fresh air. They gave us an honest assessment of our situation and provided recommendations that were affordable and doable. I highly recommend them for ALL your cooling and heating systems.

I couldn’t be more thankful for Omar. I was without A/C and he was able to come out the next day. He came when he said he would, was polite, honest and put booties on. Luckily it was just clogged and he had it up and running in a short amount of time. Great experience under the circumstances.

Omar at Elite Air Conditioning is excellent. I will be recommending him to everyone. He is reasonable, professional and extremely caring company.
I had him put in two new in/out AC units for my mom’s home and he went above and beyond. Checked on the units the following day after installation and also did the warranties for her. Elite Air conditioning is a company to use when you need new AC or fixing.

As a homeowner in the demanding South Florida climate, two critical elements consistently occupy my mind: the integrity of my roof and, perhaps even more acutely, the unwavering reliability of my air conditioning system. The thought of either failing can be daunting, but nothing quite matches the immediate stress of a malfunctioning AC unit. Finding a reputable, honest, and fairly priced contractor in such times often feels like navigating a minefield.

Recently, that inevitable day arrived for me – the need for a complete AC system replacement. Despite years of service and repairs from two local companies, I simply lacked the confidence to entrust them with such a significant investment this time around. Fortunately, a trusted friend enthusiastically recommended Elite Air Conditioning and Construction, a referral that ultimately proved invaluable.

From my very first interaction, Omar exemplified professionalism and genuine responsiveness. Unlike previous experiences where I felt pressured or rushed, Omar provided clear, concise information without any 'fast-talking' or aggressive sales tactics. He promptly scheduled an on-site visit, arriving within days to assess my needs and provide an estimate that was not only competitive but remarkably reasonable. He estimated the installation would take approximately four hours, a timeframe I admit I initially viewed with a degree of skepticism, given the scope of the work.

However, on the day of the installation, my skepticism was entirely dispelled. Omar and his exceptional technician, Don, arrived promptly and proceeded with an efficiency and precision that truly impressed me. Not only was the installation completed within the estimated timeframe, but their attention to detail and thoroughness exceeded my highest expectations. Crucially, as is often the case with such complex installations, a couple of minor, unforeseen issues arose. What truly sets Elite Air apart, however, is how these were handled. Without a moment's hesitation, any unexpected challenges were seamlessly resolved – without pushback, without complaint, and, most importantly, without any additional charges. This commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency is, in my opinion, the true hallmark of a truly outstanding service provider.

I cannot recommend Elite Air Conditioning and Construction highly enough. For any homeowner in South Florida seeking an AC service provider that embodies integrity, efficiency, and unparalleled customer care, look no further. Omar and Don, in particular, represent the pinnacle of professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. This operation truly earns every single one of its five stars.

When my air conditioner broke down during a heat wave, the technician came quickly and identified the issue. Throughout the repair process, their proficiency was apparent.

Been living in a rental home maintained and managed by Innovative Construction & Management Inc for about a year.

Literally the first week I moved in there was a rat in the kitchen which turned out to be part of a roof-rat infestation that they chose to ignore before renting the place out.

Over the last year they have provided no maintenance whatsoever.

The final straw was when my lease ended and they had to nerve to try and renew at a rate over 50% higher than the last years'.

There are a lot of terrible landlords in South Florida but Innovative Construction & Management Inc is really taking it to a new level.

The ducts were so dusty that every time the system turned on, a faint smell of old dust filled the rooms. It was subtle but depressing. After the cleaning, that smell was gone instantly. It was replaced by that impossible-to-fake ‘clean air’ sensation. It felt like I rediscovered my own home.

We scheduled duct maintenance and furnace cleaning since our furnace was rattling. After opening the furnace panel, technician Aiden discovered dust accumulation and loose screws near the blower wheel. He meticulously cleaned each area and cleaned the air ducts to get rid of filth and cobwebs. The noise vanished entirely after they were put back together. He took the time to demonstrate proper filter replacement techniques and warning indicators. Now, the heating feels more uniform and seamless.
