Outstanding A/C Company – Best in South Florida

After having several very bad experiences with other A/C companies, I was finally lucky enough to find this company and this technician — and the difference was night and day.

They are honest, professional, and extremely reliable. Pricing was fair and transparent, everything was explained clearly, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. No pressure, no upselling, and no hidden fees.

The technician was on time, respectful, and very clean, leaving the work area spotless. Most importantly, the A/C is working perfectly, and they provide strong warranties, which gave me real peace of mind.

Without a doubt, this is the best air conditioning company in South Florida. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT use this company. Mr. Air installed my AC unit nearly two years ago without pulling the required permit, which later resulted in me being fined by the city. When I confronted them, it took nearly a year of back-and-forth, with multiple technicians and even electricians, they hired from other companies, before the permit was finally passed.

Despite all of that wasted time, my homeowner’s insurance has confirmed the system is still not installed properly. It leaks and has caused mold to spread through my home, putting my family’s health at risk. I have called the owner, Joe, countless times — he has never once returned a call and has refused to even step foot on my property to see the damage his company caused.

To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to reimburse me for any of this — not for my time, not the damage to my home, not the remediation costs I’m now forced to cover myself. Their negligence and lack of accountability is appalling, and the fact that they are still operating is unbelievable.

Save yourself the headache, the financial burden, and the risk to your family’s health. Do not trust Mr. Air with your home.

Will not recommend. Improper installation which led to water damaged ceiling and wall resulting in mold. Company refused remediation to treat the mold. Ceiling and wall was repaired by customer. The process started in April and ended September 2025.
10/10/25: Mr. Air, your post ignores the mold problem from your faulty AC installation. Despite several attempts to reach you and your office, nothing was resolved. I had to pay a licensed contractor myself to repair the ceiling and wall damage you caused.

FINALLY our issue with our Pancake Unit is resolved all thanks to Marc.
We have had issues with the HVAC Condensate water draining out of the drain pain given the design of our unit in our condo, so it gets clogged quiet often. He provide me with his knowledge and gave me a solution when nobody in 10 years could do so. He was able to install an additional drain line from the other side of the pan so we now can have the proper drainage and he fixed the pitch line to provide proper drainage and discovered a blockage which he fixed as well.
We are forever grateful and will recommend Marc from Mr. Air for anyone who is struggling with an over flowing drain pain or leakage from a Pancake unit, which 2 of our buildings have those particular units installed in each condo and I know others have been struggling, to finally provide a permanent fix for this issue. Marc's has over 20 years of experience, I know he will be able to find a solution for any type of unit you have. Thank you Marc for your professionalism, knowledge, service and skills that lead to you being the best A/C technician we ever had.

Mr. Air installed my new Lennox A/C yesterday 10-21-25. Appointment was 10am to 11am, the crew were early arriving at 9:30am which was great, they had to use a crane because of my trees and location of the unit. Service techs were A.J. & Renel who were awesome! Friendly, courteous and professional! Great Install, very happy and would refer family, friends and neighbors to Mr. Air! They are the Best....Forget the Rest! You'll be glad you did!!! Bravo Mr Air!

I would rate this company a zero if that Choice was here. Had a new air conditioner installed August 2024 and have had their service people here over 30 times. When we turned the heat on during this cold spell, it would not go on. I called Mr. Air and their service tech came and said he could find nothing wrong. I had an independent company come in today and I was told that the unit was never installed properly ,it never sealed properly, and the UV light was installed incorrectly. There was no shield on the light and the light is full of mold. The insulation inside the air handler is crumbling and falling apart and filled with mold! They supplied me with pictures of all of the above issues.All screws were stripped from the panel from being opened by Mr. Air so many times. The unit was angled improperly when installed, and that is why the pan kept filling up and leaking into my bathroom crystal fixture below the unit. All of the service techs and installation techs that put in the unit are no longer with the company and I cannot get anyone from the company in a management position to call me back. This company should be ashamed of itself and stripped of its license.
ADDENDUM:
After this post, the company got in touch with me and asked if they could come back with an additional specialist to look at the AC system. They agreed with the private company I hired that our system had major issues. They revamped the entire AC system, removing all the mold, replacing the unit , all insulation , UV light, reangling the unit, reinforcing the flooring to get to the unit, and replaced the AC box itself They were very professional and it was a two day job. As of now, there are no problems with our AC unit. We are so happy that all issues were resolved successfully!
