Hands down one of the best supply houses to go to very friendly and very knowledgeable. I needed a part that was not available and they made it happen the next day.

I went to Refricenter to purchase a blower motor for my AC, after opening the box, and after inspecting the motor I realized that this was the incorrect motor. I was very clear that I needed a blower motor, but I received a condenser motor. Since I’m not an HVAC professional, and since the box was now open I could not get a credit towards the correct motor. They did make it very clear that they don’t issue refunds, but when their employee makes the mistake I would think at least a credit would be reasonable. The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding but it sounded like his hands were tied.

Cannot say enough about Refricenter and the guys who works there, great service, friendly. The main guys at the front, ulysis, Edgar, Yasmani are the best. The manger Miguel are know his stuff and always on time when I need him. For your all you parts and supply’s go see this place.

The staff have gone above & beyond to assist a newbie! They’re all patient and super helpful! Would absolutely recommend.

Frequently they are "out of inventory" and all they say is sorry. I'm not what you would call a high volume customer and I only installed a handful of units as they are not my primary source of work.
This is the first place I go to for parts and cleaning chemicals, contactors . Lately (the past year) most of the time it's " sorry we don't have any in stock". One type of filter, no spare parts .
It's bad when you can't help, it's worse when you can't even think of anyone that can help you.

The best place to go for all your A/C needs. I go here all the time. Employees are very fun and it's a great atmosphere, they treat you like family. Juan and Sergio are great, always help me and go out there way!

Refricenter Pompano is the best place to go to for all you A/C needs. Working with them over the years has been a pleasure, quick turn around time on supplies, great customer service, super friendly staff. Ask for Santiago at the front desk, he is the best!

I reached out to inquire about the pricing and lead times for a couple of items, as I was interested in purchasing just one of each. Instead of providing helpful information, I was told that the items "don’t sell" and that they "weren’t even going to try" to assist me.

This response was not only dismissive but also unprofessional. While I understand that certain items may not have high sales volumes, I believe customer service should always involve a willingness to assist, regardless of the order size. The lack of effort to provide basic information, especially in a professional and polite manner, left me feeling completely undervalued.

I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as I truly believe a more customer-focused approach would benefit both the company and its clients.

I used there services for my unit and my mothers unit in Cypress bend, Pompano Beach and never disappointed. I have received both professionalism and courtesy service from the back office to the team in the field. I have called on occasions and received a tech a few hours later. I did purchase a new American Standard a few years back and works like a charm. When mom’s unit goes at her house, there will only be one call made to Natal A/C!

Courteous and professional technician performed a needed repair and routine HVAC yearly checkup. Very knowledgeable and volunteered/advised several routine operation options. Gave a good overview of current situation and potential repairs/addition for the future.

After some difficulties at first ,I have been contacted by the owner "Squib" who was a gentleman and took care of the problem that I was not happy with .
I am very happy to see that in this country we still have a honest company that will make sure that their customers are happy and it's not only about making money !
I will, without any hesitation contact them again if I have any problem with my A/C system and will refer them to my friends.

Way back in 2012 my neighbor recommended Natal A/C for repairs and installs. It was at that time I had the opportunity to meet with company owner, Squib. I found Squib to be as honest as the day is long and extremely knowledgeable. Over the past 7 years Natal A/C has sold and installed several systems in my personal home, my rentals as well as the homes of many of my friends. I can't imagine calling another A/C company. Time and time again, Natal has proven to be completely trustworthy and the provider of excellent work.
