Albert was my technician. He is great and very knowledgeable. I trusted everything he was telling me. My unit is 12 years old which they tell installed. It still hanging in there and most importantly. I have air now. I would not go to anyone else only Natal.

Have worked with Natal for many years. They are reliable, trustworthy, excellent at what they do and offer, willing to problem solve with me, and they ever provide personal focus and support when it comes to customer service. We've had a history of tricky issues with our various AC units over the years, based on where we are positioned within our condo building and having to utilize a shared water source with the building. Natal has been able to get to the bottom of these issues every time...no stone left unturned. I rely upon Natal for all our AC needs!

I have been using Natal Air Conditioning for several years. Albert has been the on-site Tech; always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate having the same Tech come to my home as that is how you build a solid working relationship.

At the office, Samantha is my go-to person. She too has the same professional and courteous demeanor I look for.

When our 15 yr old central a/c unit stopped working we called Natal on the recommendation of our neighbors. They came out promptly and advised we needed a new unit. The technician that came to our home was very prompt. He explained everything in detail to my grandmother and I. Most importantly he had patience with my grandma being on oxygen and having to explain things more than once to make her feel comfortable. We didn't even need to get another quote. Albert made us feel like we are in great hands and we will be given top customer service. Fast forward to this morning when I called to go with the proposal given, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and is getting things done quickly to move forward. I am happy that we called this company and will be recommending them to people in the neighborhood!

Very happy with the service. I called in the morning, and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. The problem with my HVAC system was fixed that afternoon, and the technician was very straightforward about what options I had. Overall very fast and professional service, would recommend.

Natal sent a technician to check my A/C system, after another leading A/C maintenance Company from Pompano Bch told me my system had to be completely replaced. After only 10 minutes, he repaired the corroded wire and had the system up and running. I won’t use anyone else now. Natal is the best. BTW, the prices that they gave me for replacing my system were about $2k less than the Pompano company. So I will definitely use them when I replace my 18 year old system in a couple months.
