I have been utilizing the services of BW Air Conditioning for several years now. Originally got to them through a commercial tenant we had. We were looking for a trustworthy and reliable a/c contractor to replace an a/c unit. Three or four units, many service calls, a service maintenance contract and a new unit just installed at my house yesterday later, and we couldn't be more pleased. Ed, Fabio and staff are always available to take calls and to do whatever is necessary to take care of their customers. We ended up spending less on a highly recognizable name product than we had been quoted on a lesser product from a competitor. And, the workmanship was excellent. It does seem that once you have done business with BW, you are part of the family, which is exactly how I have been made to feel. I highly recommend them.

BW Air Conditioning is by far the best AC company I have used in South Florida. I have used several other companies in my over 30 years in South Florida, and none have been as responsive and professional as BW. Ed always answers my calls in a pleasant manner and has a team of AC service professionals at my door as soon as possible. Ed appreciates that I have a seriously ill pet that requires working AC, and he is sympathetic and understanding when I call in a panic. My most recent service technician was Brian and he was considerate of my home and pet and got the AC up and running in no time…and he is a pleasure to speak with as well.

I also use BW to service several of my rental units as I trust them and their work, and my tenants have remarked favorably about the service.

Give BW a try when you need AC service…you won’t be disappointed.

If I could give BW Air Conditioning more than 5 Stars I would! They recently installed a new AC unit in one of our properties. The service was exceptional, the workmanship was excellent, and their knowledge about AC systems was thorough and extensive. Our point man, Ed Villasis, went to the house the same day I reported the problem to him, and he made sure we were first on the list the next day when they installed our new unit. Ed is great at what he does. I have relied on his expertise on many occasions and will in the future. In addition to knowing his business, he is the nicest person you would ever want to meet (he even answered my texts while he was at a Panthers game!). I highly recommend this company and will be happy to refer them.

We have been using BW Air at our 2 law firm locations, as well as our residences for a long time now. We have also referred them to multiple friends and family members for all of their business and residential AC work through the years. BW Air is an honest, knowledgeable and dependable team.

I recently had Brian and Sam from BW Air Conditioning service my unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They were incredibly punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and were very trustworthy. They worked quickly and efficiently, providing a swift solution to my AC problem. Impressively, they even took the initiative to contact the building admin themselves. Thanks to them, my AC is blasting again. Highly recommended!

BW Air Conditioning is great! They saw I was down and it was 92 degrees in my office. Jorge inspected the unit, found the problem and made the repair. We were back up and running in just a few hours. I highly recommend. Honest and professional.

Was selling a home and had BW air service their ac perfectly. Got them to replace my 3 ton central ac system, great service and the installers were exceptional.

Above and beyond customer service, Daniel and Mike arrived at my home on time did amazing work taking out the old AC and installing my new unit super happy with the way they kept the house nice and clean and in order left me no mess and the new AC is working like a dream couldn’t be much more happier right now thank you.

Edited 4/23/2024 — Also wanted to add that back in October 2022, B&W installed a new two-stage Rheem AC unit and an indoor air quality system iWave in my house. Daniel and Mike did a great job! They also came back again to put in a new duct from the garage to the master bedroom, so now my master bedroom (on the opposite side of the house) is nice and cold! Daniel explained everything, they wore shoe covers inside my house, and cleaned up everything when the job was done. I appreciated that.

As a property manager responsible for multiple properties, I have utilized BW Air for the past four years across all my locations. Every technician who has assisted with service calls or air conditioning repairs has consistently demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. Recently, when my aging air conditioning unit at home ceased functioning, they successfully installed a new unit and condenser the very next day. Their work was efficient and meticulous, leaving no mess behind. BW Air is the only air conditioning company I use, and I highly recommend their services.

A big shout out to Ed Villasis, who happened to pick up our after hours call recently on a 90’ September day . When all BW A/C’s emergency technicians were already out on other jobs and they would not be able to get to us until very late or the next morning , Ed took it upon himself to over the phone help us trouble shoot our A/C system and then he continued to stay with us on the line and walk us though in complete detail just how we could very possibly get it going again. With his patience, knowledge, and expertise and us following his lead, we were able to get the unit back up and running in a very short prior of time. If you or anyone you know needs a first class, honorable amd family owned A/C company, we highly recommend this first class operation and if the rest of the team is as wonderful as Ed, you will be glad you called BW Air Conditioning!
