Sunergy did an excellent job installing our system. They kept to their time schedule and met all their commitments. We are very happy with their service.

Worse experience, I’m still dealing with these company, the panels were not activated on time, I have been paying for the solar panels plus the FPL bill, they said that I will receive the refund on those month without activation and they always said that are i manager review. I’m losing so much money with these people is unbelievable.

The provided quality service for our solar panels installation. They provided consistent updates regarding our paperworks and installation progress. They even took the time to answer all our questions regarding solar energy and solar panels.

I did my research on solar energy and these guys has the best pricing in Pompano Beach area. They provided great service and attention to details for the completion of our solar energy installation in my home. 100% recommended!

It’s a shame that there’s no cero stars. KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM SUNERGY SOLAR. Those guys are scammers. I bought my panels with them. The seller representative name is “Albert”. This person lies to you in order to sell. The thing is that I’ve started the process almost ONE YEAR AGO, and guess what, the panels are installed on the roof, but for some reason this is the third time that the inspection didn’t pass. Every time that the inspection don’t pass, it means that the workers need to schedule another appointment, come to your house, remove all panels from the roof, try to fix whatever they did wrong before, then wait for another month or more for another inspection, and the story never ends. The fact is that right now I’m paying the solar panels bill and also my electricity bill. After calling the company “SUNERGY SOLAR” to file a complaint, they says that the contract is with the BANK now, that there’s nothing they can do about it, which means that SUNERGY SOLAR was already paid for my panels, and now my deal is with the bank. DON’T TRUST SUNERGY SOLAR. The Florida state must take action against this company. I’m 100% sure that there’re a lot of families having the same issue. Again!!!! STAY AWAY FROM SUNERGY SOLAR!!!! Good day, unfortunately this is my story,I was thinking it was a good investment in the house,because tha way sales person present the system is very convincing,arguments of 25 years payment and after the system is totally yours and otherwise you will have to stay paying electricity bills to FPL in our case, we'll the truth is that it took more than a year to finally complete the system installation, they did an energy charge test of the house and it came up with the results of 31 panels of 440 watts installation needed, they told me it was enough charge to even connect a Tesla, we'll up today I still not connect the Tesla which I don't have yet,but my electricity bill is double than I ever paid with FPL alone, I did a research and forwarded to Sunergy and requested a technician to come to the house and do an inspection of the system, because base in my research some panels were not producing the energy they promised, the answer was that since we're in summer the house was requesting more energy but I understand if is a sunny day the panels will produce enough energy to cover even the Tesla, I will suggest you do your research and don't fall under the beautiful story of saving tons od money because at the end is not the truth, they are in partnership with Goodleap loan company, you will end paying the loan plus your energy bill , this is the monthly payment for ours Goodleap - AGNT PYM

$213.78 plus $200.00 dollars in FPL bill , a total of $413.78, I never paid this amount before in my ownership of my house for 15 years, well just do a good research before making the decision. GOD bless and good luck. 😔

I am very happy with their services, everyone was very thorough and they properly explained to me everything I need to learn about solar and its benefits. When I needed my roof done it was very simple and the installation went on without issues. 100% ABSOLUTELY recommended!

My installer and his team were very helpful throughout the process of installing our solar panels. He was able to answer all our questions clearly and was even available after hours with any additional concerns that we needed to address. We are just so happy to recommend this company to others!

They communicated and educated me about solar panel installation. They helped us with the paperworks and made sure that everything was covered. They didn't mind my everyday update call and even very happy to stay on the phone with me when needed. Overall, customer service wise, they are the absolute best!

Pay attention to all of the recent reviews, this company is incompetent. Our installation process took almost a year after signing the contract and was only completed because of our persistent follow up. Now that we’re installed we have regular issues, and they cannot diagnose much less fix it. Not to mention the savings are less than 50% than what they projected. We’ve resorted to taking legal action, unfortunately.

the worst solar panel company, in my own experience they came to my house to sell me the panels that would be installed in two months, time has passed and nothing, they have not been able to pass the inspection with the city, and last but not least the day When the inspector came, no one from the company was there for the inspection. I have called several times to be able to speak with a manager and no one takes responsibility. As if that were not enough, I am already behind with the payment to the financial company because they have not been able to finish the installation, and the financial company does not work with them, they only provide financing. do not fall for the lies of SUNERGY SOLAR COMPANY, what they promise they do not fulfill and nobody is responsible for breach of contract

We did so much research before choosing this company. We met with so many solar companies because we wanted to make sure we picked a good one. Sad to say sunergy has been very disappointing. We signed contract with sunergy for solar and roof in June of 2022 with the guarantee that by September we would have our roof replaced. Come November when we call and ask for an update I was given the run around, but we are told that soon the permits will me in and work will start soon. Come December nothing had happened. No permits no work. Our city has not even received the permits yet (from a contract signed in June). We lost insurance on our home due to the roof not being replaced on time. In December we finally spoke to an honest employee who tells us that there were a lot of internal changes in the company and nothing had been done, they just forgot to file for our permit. Today Feb 13, I still don’t have permits on the roof and have to pay 600 dollars for a forced insurance because sunergy “forgot” to place my permits. I continue to get apology after apology but no resolution and no word if we are going to be remembered on the 600+ we are having to pay on the forced insurance due to sunergy negligence. To say I am highly disappointed on this company is an understatement.

When they found out that our roofing will not be able to handle the panels, they offered us their roofing services. In just a span of weeks, they were able to install the panels and made sure that our system was properly running. Followup calls were also done to make sure that we were not having any issues.

Omg I’m so annoyed with this company. I’ve had my Pannels for a year and all of them went out. It took 3 weeks to get it fixed but it was never actually all the way fixed. I still have a bunch of Pannels out. When speaking with customer service they don’t make you feel like I am being helped properly. I wish I went with another company cuz now I have my Panel bill and an fpl bill 2 months in a row “not what I want for the holiday's” smh when it was Sunergy I was told if their was issues they would reimburse you in times like this but no1 in this new company knows what I’m talking about sooo disappointing

A Year of Agony with Sunergy - A Nightmare Solar Install Experience

I can't even begin to express the sheer frustration and disappointment I've endured with Sunergy over the past year. What was supposed to be a positive step towards cleaner energy and financial savings has turned into an absolute nightmare that has left my family stressed, drained, and regretful.

After waiting for nearly a year to have the solar panels installed, I thought the worst was behind me. Little did I know, the real ordeal was just beginning. The installation process itself seemed to be cursed from the start. One of their employees literally fell through my roof, leaving me with a gaping hole and additional repairs to deal with. This incident alone should have been a red flag, but I foolishly soldiered on, hoping for a better outcome.

As if that weren't enough, the installation itself turned my kitchen into a leaky disaster zone. It took them months to address the issue, during which time I had to place buckets strategically to catch the dripping water every time it rained. Months! It's baffling that a company supposedly specializing in solar installations couldn't even prevent water from seeping into my home.

Promises of reimbursements for the additional costs incurred due to their mistakes felt like empty words. Both Mosaics and FPL bills kept piling up, straining my finances. Sunergy assured me that they would cover these expenses, but getting those reimbursements turned into a never-ending battle. It's like pulling teeth to get any response, and when they do reply, it's nothing but vague excuses and delays.

And if the lack of urgency and care from customer service wasn't infuriating enough, they've now decided to change the rules of the reimbursement process altogether. It's like they're intentionally making it impossible for me to get back what I'm owed. The level of disrespect and disregard for their clients' concerns is beyond belief.

Communication with this company has been an absolute disaster. Messages go unanswered, calls are ignored, and when I do manage to get through, it's as if they're doing me a favor by sparing a few moments of their precious time. The lack of empathy and understanding is truly mind-boggling.

What pains me the most is that I actually referred my family and friends to Sunergy, thinking that my ordeal was just an unfortunate fluke. Now, they're enduring the same nightmare I've been trapped in for over a year. I can't help but feel responsible for dragging them into this mess.

It's been an entire year since I embarked on this ill-fated journey with Sunergy, and the end is nowhere in sight. The solar panels might be on my roof, but the problems caused by this company are far from resolved. If you're even remotely considering Sunergy for your solar needs, I implore you to think again. The stress, the frustration, and the regret simply aren't worth it.

This company and the loan company are together in scamming customers. Sunergy receives payment from the loan company once the panels are placed on your roof. However, they do not complete the job. There have been many "excuses" as to why the job cannot be completed from not knowing what inspections need to be completed, not updating plans, or scheduling incorrect inspections. I will be going on 5 months of paying for the loan and do not have operational panels. Stay away from this company! They are horrible, fraudulent, and unethical! There are many customers (reviews) similar to my experience.

EDIT: Roberto, the electrician made sure all events were coordinated, he spent the whole day waiting until the reconnection.
I hope Sunergy can attempt to work. With a different inspection company since so far that was the primary reason for the delay.

I was supposed to go solar 8 months ago and the process has been dragging. There is a tremendous lack of communication regarding coordination when service is to be rendered.

Do not drink the Kool-Aid. When a salesman comes to your door and makes a lot of promises that sound too good to be true. Trust me they are. We were told we would not have an electric bill if we install panels with this company. The salesman looked at our Electric bills and recommended 30 panels. I had them install 34 panels just to be sure. This covers roughly 40 to 50% of my electric bill, Nowhere near, eliminating my monthly electric bill. They also promise a rebate. There is no rebate it’s a tax credit which is not the same thing . The result is after 18 months our loan for the solar panels had a massive increase. between our current electric bill, and our new higher loan payment for the solar panels we pay significantly more a month than we would have if we had never installed panels in the first place. Oh, and good luck trying to get a hold of anybody at the company.

Do not do sore and do not listen to whatever they say this company is nothing but a scam they lied to you from the very beginning and say you’ll be paying one low monthly payment, which is BS. I am paying more now with solar than I was paying with FPL read the reviews do not use this company I could go on and on of how long it took them to do things how they crack the ceiling in my roof fixed. It got pain all over my bed and just a horrible experience what a waste of my time in my money do not do solar with this company. They will lie to you up and down in point a finger at their sales company, which doesn’t represent them at all, but they go back-and-forth a lot. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I got solar, but they’re tricky and sneaky Company .

What I'm experiencing with this company I wouldn't want anyone else experience it. The agent told me my FPL bills will only between $10 to $25 monthly to keep my account open, currently my bill is from $250 to $292 and my projected for next month is $346. When I called the company they couldn't give me a good explanation. I called the loan company they told me they will contact sunergy and will have someone give me a call ,no one did. Last month I called them again to see if they can send a technician to check the panels they refused me categorically. On top of that, the sales Rep told me that I should qualified for a tax credit which is a lie .Before the solar system, my FPL estimated bills used to be between $250 t0 $350, now fpl bill still the same amount while I'm paying $122 per month for the system and will be $329 starting next months. I don't feel even giving a star to this company . please be careful check all the reviews about this company otherwise you will regret it as I completely regret that I've signed this contract.

I’d give no stars if possible. It took them over a year to install. Didn’t pass inspections over a dozen times. They put so many holes in my roof that now I need to replace it. Our Master bedroom roof has been leaking for over year now after installation. Communication from the company was beyond poor, their “scheduled” install days were always wrong. Subcontractors would show up on totally different days. Nightmare. Currently looking for an attorney to see what can be done.
